It is a very refreshing sake with no habits. It has a slight sweetness!
The taste is very similar to that of Miyagi sake!

I got some Akatake chocolates, so I had to have this with Akatake! So I bought it in a hurry.
Is the sake like raw sake? Is it like Akatake? It's got a bit of a swooshiness to it. And yet, it has a calm taste. Mmm, it's just like Akatake.
The chocolate is the exact opposite of the sake, it has a calm taste.
The compatibility is... not so good lol.
Perhaps the chocolate goes better with the calm sake!
