Fudo was recommended to us after we requested something to go with the smoked fish.
He said it goes well with meat.
It has a strong gassy taste and is as fruity as the smoked meat. It's so sweet, but it doesn't leave a residue on the tongue, it's great - delicious.

The aroma is gorgeous, but when you drink it, it shifts from rice flavor to bitterness and is surprisingly refreshing. It doesn't linger on the tongue at all, and seems to be good as a mid-meal drink.

A banana-like aroma that rises the moment it is poured into a glass.
Perhaps this is called ginjo aroma, but maybe this aroma is not my favorite... LOL!
Fruity aroma with a weak sense of gas.
It then changes to a mild sweetness, and finally fades away leaving a slight bitterness.
I love the aroma that passes through my nose when I drink it without raising the temperature in my mouth too much!
It is not extremely sweet, but it does have a beautiful taste and is easy to drink. It is very smooth on the tongue and down the throat.
I guess that's what they mean when they say it's for beginners.
It's the type of drink that you drink without snacks and before you know it, it's gone... Terrible Child .....

It is a red wine, but it has more umami than others. There is also a bit of bitterness that lingers on the tongue.
But it is based on akabu, right? It's (obviously) delicious. 〜〜〜〜〜
