It is a red wine, but it has more umami than others. There is also a bit of bitterness that lingers on the tongue. But it is based on akabu, right? It's (obviously) delicious. 〜〜〜〜〜 Because it was raw, it was very gassy and popped like champagne when opened 🍾✴✴ .
