The eighth sake rice research bottle is Yumesansui, a trad variety from Aichi. It has a solid image, but the aroma is citrusy. Freshness of new sake, slightly effervescent and drier than sweet. Very tasty.

First up is Ko no Tsukasa‼️.
This is the one that shouldn't be chilled😅it's water😆.
It's still water even if the temperature goes up😅It might be good if it's heated up, but it's too much trouble so I'm not going to do it 🤣.

The rice is Yumesansui, the same as in the previous nama sake we drank.
Slightly fizzy and refreshingly fruity. A little sweet and a little pineapple.
It tastes fresh and spring-like. Delicious.
