Takaji Prototype Unfiltered Nama Sake
Aroma of rice with a hint of sweetness, fruity sweetness on the palate, and a pleasant aftertaste.
I am a fan of robot anime because of my job and the word "prototype" 🤣.
This is my first time to drink "Tagaji" written in hiragana 😋.

I've had 18-mori before, but this is my first time to drink Tagaji.
And it is a test brew of hiragana.
It is a gorgeous and quite sweet sake.
A little dry and sweet.
It must have been gassy when it was freshly opened.
It's a blend of several yeasts, with a bit of aromatic yeast.

Sweet with a graininess. Slightly astringent, reminiscent of white wine, with a slight acidity. It leaves a delicious aftertaste. É It is very drinkable and has an alcohol content of 16%. It is a little heavy, perhaps due to the fact that it is a pure sake. It may be more appealing when paired with a small, tasty snack. It is a draft sake, but it will get even better as the days go by!
