Sake degree -30 enjoyment. Smells fresh, like sliced apples. It has a smooth texture, pear-like nuances, and a slight effervescence, with a nice balance of a little sourness and bitterness. The lactic acidity, umami of rice, and a little bit of alcohol make it refreshing and delicious after drinking! I was surprised at how easy it was to drink because I was imagining a sweet juice. It has a buggy feeling like other sake is bitter because it is sweet but doesn't make you feel sweet. Day 2. Clear and good! Would buy again.

What the hell? Yum Kore! Shuwa shuwa fruity♪ I didn't know there was such a modern sake in Niigata? I was impressed. I definitely recommend it to people who like Kaze no Mori and Sancho. Perfect for a hot day like today. I drank the 4-pack bottle instantly after chilling it down to the perfect temperature. I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer.

Sweet, delicious, and rich sake brewed with Jusui, the fresh gasiness of the sake directly pumped from the tank 🫧, and the punch of unfiltered raw sake 🤜! It's been a long time since I've had my mind blown! This is a drunken sake 🥰. I bought it at Takatsu Sake Shop in Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture! The appearance is pale yellow in color. A gaseous feeling with bubbles floating in the sake cup. The aroma is sweet, glossy and fresh. Sweet aromas of well ripened banana and melon-like weight. And yet, it contains a refreshingly cool sense of selfeil. The rice aroma is about the size of a white dumpling. The mouthfeel is smooth with a gentle stimulation of lively gasiness. The palate is a rush of pleasantly intoxicating sweetness that overflows with fruity notes. The fresh acidity balances the fruity sweetness. While the fresh, bouncy, rich flavor is overwhelming, the rich umami of the rice flows with the sweetness, and the gasiness and acidity are light. The nose has a sweet, rich nuance with a slight hint of nail polish that gives it a cool impression. There is also a sense of umami core with a freshness. There is also a bitter tightness from the last part of the bottle, and the sharpness is not bad. The lingering aftertaste is long. Deliciousness that makes you grin and smile. ☺️ Well, I was a bit impressed after a long time 😳 I want to spread this kind of sake!

Takaji Prototype Unfiltered Nama Sake Aroma of rice with a hint of sweetness, fruity sweetness on the palate, and a pleasant aftertaste. I am a fan of robot anime because of my job and the word "prototype" 🤣. This is my first time to drink "Tagaji" written in hiragana 😋.

The meeting with Mr. Gula ⑬ I've had 18-mori before, but this is my first time to drink Tagaji. And it is a test brew of hiragana. It is a gorgeous and quite sweet sake. A little dry and sweet. It must have been gassy when it was freshly opened. It's a blend of several yeasts, with a bit of aromatic yeast.
