The aroma is a little cemedine? Aroma of rice? It's very fresh because it's unpasteurized sake...sweet and bitter...maybe a little bitter...but also sour. The aftertaste is not to everyone's taste. The flavor is a little sharp. Personally, I don't like it...expect it after the second day. ....
