Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop online.
The 500ml bottle of this sake costs about the same as a 1.5 liter bottle, but that's why it's so tasty! I always drink it with a sense of anticipation.
Alcohol content 17%. Rice polishing ratio 40%.
The first saké has a firm, slightly dry taste.
The balance is very good.
It is not at all fruity like apples, grapes, pineapple, etc., which are common.
It is not gorgeous, but as a food sake, it is a sake that goes well with food and makes you say "delicious".
One more sip. As you take another sip and another sip, before you know it, it's gone.
It was very delicious! (^O^)
