At home. First Tottori. The label is very historical. The aroma is the sake, but when you put it in your mouth, it is gentle. It has a strong alcoholic and dry taste in the nose, a bitter taste in the throat, and a smooth finish. I've heard that it's best served hot, so I think I'll give it a try.

According to the information on the back label, it's recommended to drink it hot or warm, but I had it cold this time. The aroma was as dobroku-like as it looked, but the true nature of the beer was crisp and dry. While rolling it around in your mouth, it has the same dobroku feeling as the image, but the moment you swallow it, it's so dry! It's a gap between the two. Today we had the pleasure of visiting a new restaurant in Esaka, Sake Noodles and Udon Udon Kan. It's a sister restaurant to the popular Kakitsubata, which is just around the corner. I was very impressed with the quality of the food served. The atmosphere and service were great, and the food was all delicious. .......... I remembered that it was still Tuesday, so I left the restaurant with a bowl of udon to finish off my meal.

And the second aged sake is Benten Musume. The aroma is the same as the first one. The mouthfeel is also rich in flavor, but it is lighter than Akishika. The aftertaste is also very similar, with a full-bodied sense of sake, but it ends relatively lightly with a light acidity. The appetizers were duck ham, Matsumae pickles, and pickles, all of which were excellent. Thank you for the meal!

I bought it at a product show the other day. I had never heard of this brand, but I tasted it and liked it. It was 19 degrees, so I drank it lightly on the rocks. I paired it with stewed daikon radish and shellfish sashimi as the cold weather deepened. It was moderately dry and went well with sashimi.

Liquor Shop Okayama Tasting ⑫ I tasted the wine after hearing from Mr. Bouken that it was an image of matured sake. Shichiroubei Junmai Nigori Sake I was already drunk, and the aroma was a bit creamy and matured. I only wrote down "what a taste. I thought it was not my favorite... I forgot to take a picture of it, so I borrowed it from bouken🙇.

Liquor Shop Okayama Tasting (11) First Shichiroubei I have seen it at Seijo Ishii, but I had avoided it because of the image of heated sake and aged sake😅. Rice is Akita Sake Komachi Rice polishing ratio 75%, Sake degree +17, Acidity 1.9, Amino acidity 3.0 Alcohol 20.5%. It's rare to find a pure rice sake with over 20% alcohol by volume. And it's fire-brewed, not unpasteurized. There is no sweetness and it has a strong sense of maturity. It tastes like matured Okuharima nigori. This was not my favorite type😅. I was a little curious to see how it would be when heated up.

It's white and looks like ❄️⛄️. Sweet and mellow I was expecting it to be thicker, but it's pretty easy to drink 😊. I read the label on the back and it looks like it would be great with soda! I should have tried it! I realized today that I should have tried it. All the drinks in this set are new to me. I was also surprised that the bananas had a higher alcohol content! ฅ(⊙д⊙๑)ฅ

Morimoto Morimoto Junmai Sake "Hatsu-no-Takimikiri 2022". This is my first time to drink this brewery. It was a delicious one 🍶🎶 and served chilled. It is a dark, umami, spicy sake, but as the temperature returns to normal, the sweetness and sourness come through. I think it is a good sake at room temperature or warmed. All of Shizuoka Prefecture's sake is delicious.

This sake is brewed by Umeshiki Yamakawa, a subsidiary of the major sake maker Hakutsuru Shuzo. In recent years, Hakutsuru Shuzo has purchased a number of breweries from across Japan. The Aomori-based brewer Momokawa, which uses Hakutsuru Nishiki, is also a subsidiary company of Hakutsuru Shuzo. Not much of an aroma, slight whiff of alcohol. Dry, watery and clean on the palate, with little umami and a slight alu taste. After drinking it, it has a light throat feeling with a faint sweetness. It is a standard shokuchu sake. For the snacks, we had stewed kalbi and root vegetables, mussel pickled in soy sauce, chili bonito sakutome, and baby star ramen with the flavor of kondashi. It goes best with sakabuto, which enhances its sweetness.

Next was a sake I'd never seen before, so here it is. As soon as you take a sip, a very unique habit spreads! What is this? What a shocking taste! A drinking friend of mine wanted to drink a bottle of Takezuru by Toshi Ishikawa, who has moved to Tsuki no I. So I agreed to accompany him. We had it heated. The first aroma is like a matured Shaoxing sake. The first sip had a matured Shaoxing sake-like aroma, and the second had a mildly sweet taste with a Shaoxing sake-like acidity and umami. The sweetness is still there, but it's the kind of fully fermented sake that you can drink while eating snacks. It was delicious 🍶✨.

I've been saving it for over 2 years because it's my favorite brand, but I've decided to open it up. I'm going to enjoy changing the flavor slowly from here ✨. When you open the bottle and pour it in, the aroma is like sweet baked sweets like sponge cake or kawara senbei. The mouthfeel is round and robust. It is round and robust on the palate, with a punch of spiciness and a tangy sourness. It also has a rich, thick flavor and a sweetness that spreads gradually. The balance of sweet, sour, spicy, and bitter is exquisite, not just strong and heavy, and the taste has a wide range of deep flavors, including a confectionery, grain, and rice feel! This is the second brand that has really caught my attention after "Akagisan," and I am very happy with it. It is a bit pricey, but I would like to try the sake made from the original sake yeast if I see it 😌.

☆☆☆☆☆ I would love to drink the whisky Takezuru, but the sake Takezuru. This is probably my first time. Unlike the aroma, the taste is strong and robust. But it is surprisingly easy to drink. It smells a little like alcohol, but it is delicious.

Dai-Shichi Namaeshige Junmai Hon Nama is freshly pressed and only available for limited shipment at this time of the year. It has a refreshing acidity and a soft sweetness, followed by a firm umami and bitterness.
