Hoshi Masamune Limited Jungin 100th anniversary sake of Kita no Hana Shuzo. The moment one drinks it, one senses a sweetness on the tip of the tongue, but the complex aftertaste, based on the delicious taste of rice, is pleasing.

Slightly sparkling sake. Some acidity, but a light sweetness in the aftertaste. Very little roughness, delicious. ‼️

SENKOKU Classic I drink a very famous brand, which I thought was a conventional sake because it says "Classic" on the bottle, but when I open the seal, I hear a weak popping sound and know it is a slightly sparkling sake. It has a sweet taste and I wonder if young people today would like it. I probably won't buy it again.
