I was in Akashi on a business trip 🚄 First time I got off at Nishi-Akashi and had local sake heated with Akashiyaki 🐙 which I haven't had in a super long time.　It feels spicy at first but the sweetness comes later 😯 Surprisingly, I like it a lot 😊. I'll drink it again when I go back to Akashi 😁.

Late night at the diner. The second one is a limited edition sake that is sold only on two days before the brewery opens. This year's bottle is called "Gokuragiri Limited Edition" on the label. This one has a sweet taste of rice. It's different from the earlier Sukkiri, but it's thicker. It's not my favorite, but it's the kind of sake I want to drink a little bit of every day. Yummy, yummy 😋

720ml ¥1,540 I remember drinking it so long ago that I don't remember it at all 😁I looked to buy it at my usual store, but they only sold liqueur almost all the time 🎵. Melon flavor ❗This is a delicious one 😆. It comes in refreshingly crisp and the sweetness is the main ingredient, with a low acidity but not a sticky sweetness, it disappears with a hint of bittersweetness😃. I knew it was good, I had no doubt in my memory 😋.

Purchased at a store that sells local products of Okayama. I thought I was reading "kyokusei", but I was wrong 💦. A little peculiar reading😅. The rice is akebono. The top aroma is slightly fruity. Second souvenir from KazKaz. It is a brand name planned and sold by 7 sake stores in Aomori. Rice used is 100% Hanasoui. The top-tasting aroma is a calm ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is slightly sweet with a strong umami flavor. The aftertaste is reminiscent of classical sake, and is quickly cut by a refreshing acidity and bitterness. It is an orthodox dry sake, but highly satisfying. Thank you for the treat!

After three days of rest and after a night shift, it's been a while since I've seen you🙏. It's the first time I've ever had it, but the sweetness and flavor of the figure fills my mouth 😋. This is the first time I've had it. I paired it with nabe, but I think it's better to drink it by itself or with a small dish rather than as a food sake🤔. The alcohol content is high at 17.5%, so I'm savoring it slowly (*'omega'*).
