5/10 Canned sake from Shotoku Shuzo. Kyoto has an image of an increasing number of these. Kyo-no-kiraki is Kyoto's original sake brewing rice and is used only in Kyoto. The taste is quite dry. Second souvenir from KazKaz. It is a brand name planned and sold by 7 sake stores in Aomori. Rice used is 100% Hanasoui. The top-tasting aroma is a calm ginjo aroma. Japanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`;) I see that the sake is from Nada. I recently found out that there is a small sake brewery in Nada and bought some Houmusume, which was outstandingly delicious! And this Hamafukutsuru! This is also wonderful! It has a beautiful breadth of flavor and just the right amount of body. The best part is the price: about 1,100 yen! I wish there was one in my neighborhood! When I go to Kobe for Onsen (hot springs), it is so close to the station that I might even stop by a sake brewery just for this!
