Gorin, the Tengumai Sake Brewery in Ishikawa Prefecture People in Kanazawa have long thought that good sake Gorin. Not so spicy, but slightly sweet and easy to drink, it goes well with Japanese food. I want people to know more about this sake and drink it when you visit Kanazawa.
