One of the sake I wanted to try because of the stylish label❗️ A hint of pear? White peach? It smells like pear or white peach 😅 Elegant sweetness and almost no sourness ❗️ No bitterness or habits, and the aftertaste seems to disappear easily 😄. Overall, it's a gentle sake that goes well with meals. It's a delicious sake that can be drunk easily on its own 👍 Even sake beginners can enjoy it 😄.

Newly registered brand. Since the sake brewer could not be registered, the new brand is "Aizu Otokoyama" from Otokoyama Shuzo Brewery in Aizu Misato Town, Fukushima Prefecture. Its new brand name is "Wa". It has a mild aroma. It has a melon aroma and a hint of sweetness like caramel. The sweetness that is not too strong is impressive. There is some acidity. The aftertaste is strong alcohol. A strong bitterness also lingers. I have a feeling that it will be excellent with Japanese food.

I was curious about this sake because Mr. Manachie was drinking it. Purchased at an antenna store in Fukushima Prefecture. @sakebar Fukuzo Fire-brewed sake using Fukuoka Prefecture's original yeast called F44. Slightly sweet aroma of 🍍 on the nose. The palate is slightly sweet with a hint of 🍍. The aroma is as if it was made with hana-yosuyu in mind. However, the aroma is weak because it is fire-aged. The sweetness is also weak due to the weak aroma. I am a little curious to see how it would be like if it were a fresh sake. It was delicious ✨🍍.

National Sake Fair 2025 Day 2 ㊱ Fukuoka ① Kiku Bijin Sake Brewery in Miyama City This is the first time I have heard of this sake brewery! According to honda's post, Kitahara Hakushu's sister married into the Kikubijin Brewery, so the brewery has a connection with Kitahara Hakushu. A bottle given to me by my predecessor, who recently reached retirement age. He said it was a thank-you for the 3 kg of new rice he delivered every year during his tenure, which he called a "taste test. Rice has become sake! This time I found this one on sale at the drugstore! My favorite Shizenigo! I was intrigued by the word "dry" and bought it. The aroma is apple-like, which is typical of Shizenigo. It has a fruity aroma even though it is a honjozo. The sweetness is moderate, and the bitter sourness comes through with a nice crispness. It is perfect as a mid-meal sake. It is a sake that accompanies and does not interfere with meals. I was impressed that such a sake is sold at drugstores! I realized once again the high level of Fukushima sake.

This Sake has a full mouth feel and some sweetness at the beginning. The flavor of this Sake is bigger than other Seitoku Sake but it still has good balance. Very good with big flavor foods like mapo tofu.

This Sake has an initial sweetness and a full mouth feel. There is a hint of cedar as the alcohol clears my pallet. Very good with big flavor foods like yakiniku. Seitoku has many Sake that I enjoy.

This Sake is light, refreshing and easy to drink. I am revisiting this Sake because it has been a while since I last drank it. I enjoy the mild flavors of apple and melon with a clean, short aftertaste. This is a refreshing and well balanced Sake.

I bought this at the brewery's direct sales counter on my GW trip to Nagano! I had a great shopping experience with the courteous staff and went home feeling great! The aroma is what you would call "sake" with a hint of alcohol. It also has a grassy nuance. Immediately after taking a sip, there is a pleasant sourness that lasts until the end. Of course there is sweetness, but if anything, it is more umami. The bitterness is gentle at the end. It has a juicy atmosphere with acidity as if it is made from a sake yeast yeast. Kurosawa is a brewery that specializes in making sake from the "nama-hashiroshi," so I was convinced after drinking it that it was made from the "nama-hashiroshi. I was told at the brewery that the sake has an excellent balance of the four tastes of sweetness, flavor, acidity, and bitterness, and this is exactly what it tastes like. It has a good acidity, but it is not showy at all. It is a sake that goes well with any meal, and I am sure I will become a fan of Kurosawa Shuzo after drinking it. This is their regular product, so they are a brewery of extraordinary quality. It goes well with shime saba (mackerel), salty yakitori, grilled fresh onions, and omelettes! It goes with everything!
