Outside drinking. Ordered by the impact of the name. When poured, it smells moist and sweet. The taste is as expected (?). The sweetness is strong. When tasted, it has the flavor of rice. I was looking for a property today, but there was a sake store nearby, so I bought some on the way home! I didn't buy it this time, but it was a good sake store that also had Kuroryu and Hakusan ✨. On the Shinkansen, we open another bottle of Nara Sake, Kisenju✨. The palate is sweet and sour and yogurt-like. It is light and pleasantly schwishy. It is easy to drink even in a tipsy state! It is also gorgeous and strawberry-like, so it feels like strawberry yogurt. And the last one is Yamazaki 12 years old from sake. We ended our trip with a glass of Shinkansen Gokukkatai ice cream 😌. This is the last Maikaze series for this year. It's been quite a while, but we'll be having "Mt. Haruna" for the last time! When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a relaxing sweet aroma. It has a peachy aroma. It also has a slightly banana-like flavor. The palate is smooth, as is typical of Gunma sake, with a slight sweetness that is typical of "Maifu" and a nice astringent taste that plays an active role in the background! The astringency also gives it a mineral taste, which I personally feel is similar to the "Tenpyo Junmai" that I drank before👍. In the latter half, the astringency becomes the main taste, which reminds me of grapefruit. It melts away at the end, so it goes down smoothly! I've enjoyed many Maikaze series this year, including "Akagisan"✨I'm looking forward to next year!

I had received this sake at a New Year's party at Maguchi in G-machi and bought it because it was delicious. A bowl of oden at an oden shop in Shizuoka Station. I had no idea about this brand. The best part of traveling is being able to drink this kind of local sake with local food 😆. A little sweet and full, with a clean dry finish. It is not flashy, but there is no alcohol feeling that lingers in the throat and it is very smooth to drink 😄. It goes great with Shizuoka oden, which is a thick, dark broth with fishmeal, and if we weren't on a family trip, we would be drinking it endlessly 😅.... Also, I had a local B gourmet dish called "Motsuru Curry" for the first time, which was also very tasty👍👍!

It is a light nigori 26BY of Iwo 🍶. First, cold sake. The top aroma is that of old chests 😂. In the mouth it has a hint of sweetness, but the aroma of old chests is strong😅. Next, warmed sake 🍶. When warmed, it smells like wet wood 😌. In the mouth it tastes a little acidic and the taste wasn't bad. Like the Chiyomusubi I had two drinks ago, nigori-style sake is said to be unsuitable for aging because the nigori part of the sake is altered and causes off-flavors.
