Opening the bottle was Saturday night 🌃I got a half-full Haruura from Turtle Sea that was only half-full before I knew it 😀.
Opened with a nice shpon ✨.
It seems like there's almost no aroma 🤔In the mouth it's slightly effervescent with a gentle sweetness and a beautiful acidity 😊Then a mild umami and bitterness that seems to disappear forever 😚This is a delicious spring-like sake 🥳.
