Today we had another sake from Nagano Prefecture, Kame no Umi🐢🌊 😀
The aroma is a rather gorgeous ginjo aroma 😚 with a solid umami and acidity 🥰 the sweet and umami acidity is well balanced and disappears with a bitter taste 😊 it is a delicious sake with enough presence on its own 🥳.
