Autumn is deepening. This is the time of the year for the unique Nara sake, Okura's Autumn Sake 🍂. The full moon🌕 label made me excited to open the bottle. It has a unique sweetness and richness, but with a rounded, mellow, and gentle taste. It's still delicious. ❤️ Okura is another addictive sake 🍶. I think it is a brand that should not be missed when talking about Nara sake👍.

I had always wanted to come to this restaurant, Jyu. It was a nice place. The sake I chose was Dokure, which is labeled as an amazing sake from Kure. At first sip, I felt a slight sourness, but when paired with food, it was very good. As one would expect from a master brewer, he made the sake he wanted to make himself. The famous sake from Yoshino, Nara, Shojo no Oni👹san series❣️. The founder of Shugendo, Yakushokaku, was served by a couple of demons: the husband demon was Zendo Oni (the former demon) and the wife was Myodo Oni (the latter demon). This is the first time I bought a sake named after that Zendo Oni 😆. I was originally under the impression that Shoto was a fruity, easy-drinking sake, but this Zendo Oni is so rich and full-bodied that it is hard to believe it is a Jungin of Gohyakumangoku 😳. It has a nice melon feeling and a full-bodied flavor reminiscent of Tamagawa❣️. By the third day, the ripe fruit-like sweetness is added, and the unique flavor is irresistible 😇 I'm enjoying it chippy, chippy, chippy😇 All that crosses our path are demons 👹. Niigata Prefecture. Nagaoka City. Kashiwa Rou Sake Brewery Co. Kashiwaroh Fireworks 3㌥ in a stylish slim bottle purchased at Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA. Second fermentation in the bottle with a low alcohol content of 8%. Serve cold. When I opened the bottle, I heard a sizzling sound and saw fine bubbles rising from the bottom of the bottle, so I immediately poured it into a glass. After pouring it into the glass, the bubbles continued to rise, and there was a pool of bubbles on the rim of the water. The top aroma was a slight koji aroma and a slightly sweet aroma. The color is a light cloudy with a slight yellowish tinge. The mouthfeel is fizzy, like a lively chamomile. After swallowing, a citrus aroma escapes into the nose, leaving behind a lactic acidity, sourness, and sweetness on the tongue. The aftertaste is followed by sweetness. It is easy to drink like a juice, and although it feels sweet, it is surprisingly well-balanced as it is a junmai sake and is still delicious 😋. I wish some of the big low alcohols had a fizzy feel... After buying some sake at Sukumasa, we left the store and were greeted with rain and winds like we've never experienced before. If only I had bothered a little more at Sukumasa, maybe I wouldn't have gotten wet 🤣. Moved to Namba and went to Takashimaya while watching the liquor section of Ikari supermarket. MURASHIGE SHUZO who brought a strange sake that was dry but sour at last year's Takashimaya Sake Festival! I heard that the perverted sake was sold out, so the main sake was Kinkan Kuromatsu. We drank Junmai Daiginjo It is labeled as -8 on the sake meter, but it has a classic taste with not so much sweetness. It tastes not like a daiginjo and is very unique. It looks good heated up. A little nutty? Junmai I heard it's a sake for evening drinking, but it has a lot of acidity. This is also a classic, but it has acidity and is easy to drink. Junmai Ginjo Less acidic than Junmai. The most orthodox, but not memorable. Junmai Daiginjo Nishiki Beautiful taste, but less flamboyant. I also tasted a 1 year old junmai from MURASHIGE and 3 types of EIGHT KOTT, and bought the test brew of EIGHT KOTT because it was delicious 😋. Finally, I stopped by the sake department of EDION and went home 😊.
