profile iconSweetness: 3 Umami: 3 Astringency: 2 Acidity: 2 Bitterness: 3 Fullness, body: 3 Flavor: Apple The color is almost transparent, and the head aroma is soft and raw. On the attack, the sweetness and umami of the rice smoothly passes through the nose, followed by an apple-like lingering aroma. The bitterness that lingers at the end is not heavy at all, but it is still very tight. Although the alcohol content is 13%, you can enjoy the sweetness and umami of the rice and drink it easily without getting tired of drinking it 😆. On the second day, there is no particular change in texture as the sake is still stable as a fire-brewed sake. It is still an excellent food sake and goes well with teriyaki yellowtail and canned mackerel! Delicious!" but more like "Oh, it's so good!"...lol

profile iconMy wife is on a business trip to Kansai and I took the night shift off to babysit. Then there was nothing else to do but to drink it 😁. A little bit of sweetness and umami, followed by a touch of alcohol ❗I like it because it's a gentle yet orthodox 🎵. My wife found out that I have a large stock of sake and said, "I'm looking forward to Kansai sake souvenirs 😊" but she said, "Drink them all before you get them ❗" 😭. No matter how much I tried to explain to her, she kicked me out ❗ "No matter how much I tried to explain, it's impossible to run out ❗". But he went to Inari shrine in Kyoto over the weekend and bought me some sake✨. What the heck, he's in love with me 😏.

profile iconThis was also served at Kamazen near Kashihara Jingu-mae Station. Is this the same brewery and local brand as Harushika? I have never seen it in Tokyo. The first aroma is fruity. In the mouth, it is smooth and has a beautiful sweetness and umami flavor. Unlike Harushika, which is often dry, this sake is well-balanced and easy to drink. Harushika's dry sake is also easy to drink for a dry sake. From everyone's posts on Sake-no-Wawa, it seems that the raw sake is delicious. The fourth one is Takamatsuzuka burial mound. It is not a clay bun.

profile iconPurchased at a very old sake brewery established in 1532. It is even better than expected. The aroma is subdued, but the flavor of the rice comes through honestly. It is suitable as a food sake, and I have high expectations for heating it up tomorrow.

profile iconThe second bottle of Japanease sake regular delivery at my parents' house. This one is 100% Omachi and is aluzo-sweetened. It seems to have a strong umami flavor, perhaps due to the adjustment of the taste. It is also very well made and delicious. My favorite was the jun-dai. Thank you again for this month's sake.

profile iconSake subscription service at my parents' house. I was excited to open the first of two bottles, as it was my first time drinking this brand. It had a delicious flavor, a very clean mouthfeel, and just the right amount of sake-like acidity to keep the drink going.

profile iconDinner with my eldest son and his wife and two grandchildren at "Uotami" kids' room (lol) by Kaiun Bridge, Morioka City. The second glass was "Kozen Nyosui Junmai Ginjo" which is almost never ordered because it is also too major! My son and daughter-in-law were drinking it, so I thought, "I'll have some too! And I snapped the tablet (laugh). Yes, it's a very good water! Maybe this kind of water is good for me because my meals are seasoned very strongly. I usually eat things that my body never, ever eats, so a light sake goes well with it~ (smiles). I can hear people around me happily conversing with their grandparents with their small children in tow. When we go to a nice restaurant, I have to be careful that the children do not shout, and my two grandchildren are a bundle of energy, so I do not think I can take them to such a restaurant yet unless it is a special event~(^_^;) Anyway, I am thankful that we were able to spend a pleasant time together during this GW. Thank you for your hard work. (^^)/

profile icon🪘 Yesterday, there was a little bit of this sake left that was opened while I was sleeping, so I drank it. +I wondered how spicy +10 would be, but it turned out to be quite sweet and easy to drink. After that, I lost at mahjong 🀄️, but it was fun, so it's all right. Now my batteries are recharged for the year-end and New Year's holidays! The only thing left to do now is discharge the batteries.

profile icon♪♪♪♪♪ This is actually the first sake I've ever seen. It was one of the bottles that I was torn between at the liquor store and Koei Kiku (for budget reasons)! I chose the Miharu Gomangoku... ← Normally you would choose the Koei-Kiku, right? Great answer! This is so delicious! Fruity mouthfeel but refreshing at the end! Ahhh! Delicious! It's a winner! It's a wonder that not many people know about it. It's so delicious! ←I haven't been this impressed since Goho! By the way, the rice used for sake is "Gohyakumangoku". This is something I will repeat! Or rather, I want to repeat it!

profile iconI bought this sake at a private convenience store in the mountains. It tasted a bit like a higher quality version of Funaguchi Kikusui.
