The brewer recommended this one, They recommended this one. 🌸 Junmai Ginjo Minnezakura Unfiltered Nama Zume Genshu 100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Chonan-cho, Chiba Prefecture Yeast: K1401 Alcohol content: 17%. The cherry blossoms in Nomine Park in Chonan-cho were used for the name and label. The aroma is full and slightly melon-like. The mouthfeel is slightly sharp, with a balanced mid-palate that is more umami, The aftertaste is mainly dry and slightly astringent, with a lingering impression. 🏕️ With seafood BBQ at a glamping event...
