Light, fresh fruit aroma. Citrus, grape, apple-like. Light sweetness and umami. No carbonation stimulation, although I'm not sure what the "fresh chiliiness" on the label on the back means. It tastes like a sweet white wine, with just a bit of astringency left in the aftertaste. I looked it up and found that it goes well with oily fish, so I would like to try it if I get a chance in the next 3 days or so.

It has a strong sweetness. It has a light taste like other Gunma sake. It goes perfectly with seafood that is made into fish.
This is a product of the Niida family, which aspires to brew sake in Fukushima using 100% natural rice. It comes in a single cup that looks like a milk bottle.
We had it with dumplings as an entrée. It does not have a sharp taste, but it is well-balanced and somewhat comforting.
It had the strength of a pure sake, with a good aroma and a full-bodied flavor.

Refreshing but tasty!

It's been a while since I've had sake, so I can't compare it to other sakes...
I was going to have a draft beer, but I decided to have this one for the first drink.
The refreshing flavor was kind of cute...
It might be like a white wine! Sweet and sour and fruity.
But it has the aftertaste of sake.
With wine, the sweetness lingers in the back of the throat, but this is refreshing.

I saw it open last night.
Lightly cooked rice, mirin type, aromatic aroma.
It tingled a little, like a gaseous sensation.
It tastes like plums and plums.
Pale acidity seems to give it a freshness.
The texture is smooth, and the bitterness is pleasant.
The umami comes in later.
Good.

This one was my favorite of the day!
Rich, mellow, and delicious.
It seems that this sake brewery has a long history as a wholesaler to the Date family.
There was also Katsuyama no Dawn, but it was too expensive and I gave up on it.

The dry type of Kiri-Tsukuba has been my favorite since I bought it in Tsukuba last year at this time of the year.
It has a melon-like sweetness on the palate, but at the same time it is firm, crisp, dry, and bitter. The perfect balance of this melon-like sweetness and dryness is what makes this sake so appealing.

I bought this sake at Sakepo Osonoe Shoten when I visited Oarai. This store mainly stocks sake from Ibaraki, and while it is very nice to have a place where you can buy sake from various places, I wonder if this is more appropriate for a local sake shop (not that Ibaraki is the only place to buy sake). I also bought a glass. I will drink Ibaraki sake in this way from now on. Maybe.
It has a slightly modern, yet refreshing taste, and I think it is better suited for a mealtime drink than as a stand-alone drink. I thought it went well with the mozzarella cheese I somehow bought. I would like to try the Urasato one next time.
Oarai was too far away to check in from my home...^-^ I thought I might be able to go there if I registered this liquor store as a spot, but no luck. I thought it might work if I registered this liquor store as a spot, but no luck.

This weekend, during my trip, I stopped by the brewery and bought some . In a word, I would describe it as "elegant sake." The aroma is banana at first, and when you take a closer sniff, it reminds me of green apples, with a slight sweetness and an underlying tanginess that seems to completely clear out in the aftertaste!
I had always wanted to come to this restaurant, Jyu. It was a nice place.
The sake I chose was Dokure, which is labeled as an amazing sake from Kure.
At first sip, I felt a slight sourness, but when paired with food, it was very good.
As one would expect from a master brewer, he made the sake he wanted to make himself. It is a sake that goes very well with food.

Extremely sweet at the moment of drinking, but dry dryness comes immediately.
The sweetness is herbal? It has a freshness like green apple and a sweetness like brown sugar, and the crispness that quickly disappears is very addictive. I think it goes well with any meal.
The store owner said they only make it in 1 bottle.
Right after you drink it, it's extremely sweet, but it quickly becomes super dry.
