- Maytaro愛媛県産「松山三井」 無濾過、乳白濁でおりがらみ、にごり酒よりは透明。 甘さと酸味のバランスがよく醗酵からくる炭酸の感じもある。 フルーツ感は甘酸っぱいリンゴやイチゴ "Matsuyama Mitsui" from Ehime Prefecture Unfiltered, milky and cloudy, clearer than nigori sake. It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, with a hint of carbonation from fermentation. Fruity taste : sweet and sour like apples and strawberries.

It's sweet, but also dry, with a hint of barrel aroma.

- Maytaro原料全て愛媛県純米吟醸、 とてもフルーティー、洋梨、パイナップル、メロン、たくさんのフルーツ感。微発泡もなくとろっと粘度感あり。 Junmai Ginjo, All ingredients are from Ehime Prefecture. Very fruity, pear, pineapple, melon, lots of fruitiness. It has viscosity.

- Maytaroとてもスッキリした味わい、フルーティーよりもウッディーな感じ。樽の香り。 Very refreshing taste, more woody than fruity. I can feel barrels flavor.

- Maytaro爽やかな香り、青リンゴの様な感じ、純米大吟醸でもフルーティーよりドライ感の方が強く、押しよりキレが強い。 食中に合うお酒。 It has a refreshing scent, fruity like a green apple. Junmai Daiginjo usually has a fruity and sweetness stays longer, but it has a quite sharp and dry.

- Maytaro飲んだ瞬間極甘、しかし瞬間にドライ辛口が直ぐにくる。 甘さはハーブ感？、青リンゴの様なフレッシュ感に黒糖の様な甘さがあり、全てがすぐ消えるキレの良さは癖になる。どんな食事でも合う気がする。 お店の人は1升瓶でしか作ってないと言っていました。 Right after you drink it, it's extremely sweet, but it quickly becomes super dry. Sweetness may be herbal? It has a freshness like a green apple and a sweetness like brown sugar, and the sharpness that disappears quickly is addictive. I feel like it goes well with any meal. The person at the shop said they only make it in 1 sho bottles.

- Maytaro甘くて濃厚な旨み、ドライフルーツのイチジクやプルーンの様な蜜が凝縮された感じ。今まで飲んだことがないタイプでビックリ。フルボディー感があるので食後に飲むのが良いかも。 Sweet and rich flavor, with a concentrated nectar like dried fruit figs and prunes. I was surprised because I had never tasted this type before. It has a full-bodied feel, so it might be best to drink it after a meal.

- Maytaro微発泡でとてもフルーティー、 桃や洋梨な感じ、 数日後炭酸が抜けた後は完全に白ワインと間違えるぐらいの味でした。お米とグレープで違うものなのに同じ味にはビックリ。素晴らしい。 貰い物ですが高価過ぎて自分には買えない😅 Slightly speaking and very sweet, fruity like pear, muscat. I tried a few days later, speaking went away and the taste turned to a white wine. Sake is made of rice but the taste was like white wine!! Amazing!! I got it from my client. It is too expensive, I can’t buy it😅

- Maytaro飲んだ瞬間から旨みたっぷり、青リンゴみたいなさわやかなイメージもあり、ポルトガルのグリーンワインの様な微発泡感ドライでさっぱりからスパっと余韻が消えるキレの良さが絶妙。リピートNo.1 Great taste, image is refreshing fruits like green apple, muscat, green wine (Vinho Verde). Fruity but dry, great balance, sharp, crisp finish. I buy it regularly.

- Maytaro香り: ジューシーなメロン、桃ような水々しい果実な感じ Smell: Juicy melon or peach. 飲んだ直後からパワフルな甘さとコクを感じる、 甘口と思ったらすぐ辛口白ワインのようなドライ感があり 余韻を感じるとすぐ甘さも辛さもなくなり花火の様。 料理を邪魔しないキレが素晴らしい👍 Sweet and fruity in the beginning. Feel the sweetness and then suddenly dryness came through like a white wine. And then suddenly vanished the taste so it doesn’t bother your meals. It’s amazing!!
