I have stopped updating at all and only photos are accumulating in my folder. Today is my first post in a while.
I wanted to have a drink late at night, but I didn't need any snacks, so I chose this dry beer.
This is probably my first time drinking this brand. As the name suggests, it is a summer sake. I guess. The first sip had the strongest aroma, just as it says "fragrant" (I got used to it as I drank more). (You get used to it as you drink more.) The rice is polished to 45%, so it is very refreshing. I don't like sakes that are too much like water, but this level of presence is just right for my current mood. It may not be enough for some people. Personally, I like to drink this sake well chilled at dusk in summer. I thought it would be good to start with white fish and gradually add darker snacks.
I would recommend it when you want a refreshing sake, though I think it depends on the occasion.
Dry. Yellowish. It has a faintly peculiar smell, perhaps because it's my imagination. It's a little bit like old rice, but you can feel the rice anyway. Anyway, you can feel the rice. No fruity taste at all, which is good. No repeat.

A sense of honey ripeness from the get-go 🍯.
It has a strong bitter taste and might need to be heated up a bit. ‼️

The first water god I encountered!
Dry, refreshing and delicious! The sake taste is okay. It is easy to drink without much habit.
I think it is similar to Ume Nishiki from Ehime.
It was delicious!
Today we have "Kappa" super dry +10❗️ from Yamagata's Yonezuru with an impressive picture of a kappa, a slightly darker ooze, and overall light white in appearance.
The aroma is junmai raw sweet. After a sip, there is a mild mouthfeel followed by a tingling sensation on the tongue. However, there is not much of a spicy, super-harsh taste, but rather a dry, refreshing taste. Then the sweet aroma of junmai raw passes through the nose. ❗️❗️
Kagurazaka, at the Blue Sky Festa
Very refreshing summer sake.
It had a good sweetness and a nice sharpness.
Delicious!

Junmai Daiginjo from Neboke's store, Tsukasa label.
This one was fruity and dry, just the way I like it!
Finally, we had Dabada Hifuri with soda and ended our Kochi trip and the sake drinking party!
I have already made a reservation for the next meeting ✅.
We decided to go to Hakodate for lawn mowing & Mishina 🆗.
It's a bit chilly here, so let's hope for warm food and good sake 🍶.

Alcohol 15%.
Polishing ratio 50%.
It is dry but aromatic.
It has a good aroma of sake's various flavors, so it may be a little too much for some people.
A little frizzy

Kirinzan, formerly known as Green Label, was on the menu.
It was a soft and comfortable sake to drink during dinner.

Lemonade made with sake
I'm not a fan of sweet sours, so this is perfect for me!
Sweet, but with a refreshing sake and lemon flavor.
It is delicious on the rocks or mixed with soda.
It is easy to drink and has almost no sake flavor.
Contrary to the humorous label, it is stoic, crisp, and dry. It is a classic sake that complements Japanese food.

GW Sake Day Part 1 of 5
We drank more alcohol than we had planned so far, and the train was about to leave, so we decided to have a glass of sake that we had decided to finish with after first looking at the cellar 🍶.
Yukio Junmai Sake Aizan
The aroma is full, sweet, and deep with rice aroma, and while the sweetness of Aizan is strong, the umami is clean and crisp, and the aftertaste fades away while retaining the sweet aroma.
I was surprised that it could bring out so much flavor in a junmai sake and differentiate it from regular "Yukio Junmai-shu" (pure rice sake).
To be honest, this is the bottle that had the biggest impact on me today 😁.
Lastly, we had the usual closing coffee at SHIMA & coffee & sake, today's was Ethiopian.
It has a soothing, full aroma, a mild sweetness, and a refreshing flavor and bitterness, making it the perfect cup to sober you up!
Now, we're off to meet up with my father-in-law and his family✨.
