It was a very tasty sake. The mouthfeel is thick and a little heavy. The aroma of rice spreads in the mouth. It had an alcoholic and sour taste in a good way.

The last sake we drank Shiboritate Nama sake I was so drunk I honestly don't remember what it tasted like 😂. The comment on the sales list reads The comment on the sales list says, "It has a round taste with moderate aging." I was so drunk I honestly can't remember what it tasted like 😂! Drink, dance, laugh, drink, and you're all friends 🤝 Great festa! I want to go back next year. ‼️

Served with Festa 2024 branded Masu Taru sake! Kagamibiraki (opening of the sake barrel) is very dynamic! The aroma of cedar is very good! I couldn't stop drinking it! I had another glass of sake at the open-air concert! The Seppuku Pistols got me in the groove 🎵 I'm getting drunk 🌀🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪.

It is insanely fruity, like a white wine! The sweetness and acidity are well balanced, but the sweetness is so great, you can feel the energy of the alcohol. Fruity, as if you can feel the sweetness of Muscat fully in your mouth.

The 7th Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix㉖ 𓆏In connection with the emblem, the second brewery is Yosamusume's booth. This is a small sake brewery where Shiro Nishihara, the 6th generation president and toji, is a family-oriented sake brewer. They also have a new type of sake for Australia called "Yosamusume," which is a low-alcohol, slightly sparkling sake. Midori-no-Kaze Junmai-Ginjo Nama-Hara Sake I think he was calling it delicious. I think he was calling out how delicious it was. Wine yeast special junmai unfiltered nama sake. It has a sweet and sour taste made with wine yeast, but it is not winey. Both Yosamusume were good 😋. The first Yosamusume I drank was a sake with a cicada label, so I told them I drank the one with the cicada instead of the frog, but they said it was a rare one. I can't find it on google so I guess it's sold out 🤔.

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix㉖ Yosamusume is not often seen even though I live in Kansai. I sometimes see it in Kyoto. I drank Midori-no-kaze Junmai Ginjyo Nama-no-Harashu I drank so many in quick succession at the end of the day that my memory is a little fuzzy, but I think I had this one 💦. Yamadanishiki from Kyoto, Polishing ratio 50%, Sake degree +3, Alcohol 17%. I thought it was a sweet, fruity, and delicious sake. Shiboritate wine yeast special junmai unfiltered unpasteurized sake Koshihikari rice from Yosano town, 60% polished rice, Sake meter degree -17, Alcohol 13%. I thought I had drunk the same one in the past, but it was a different yeast 😅. It is sweet and sour and delicious. It was easier to drink than the 1801 yeast I drank before. I wonder why Yosamusume is only available in 500ml bottles? Is it to keep the price down?

Rice used is unknown Slightly pear-like aroma. It has a light shwashiness, and the sweetness is refreshing and light. Is it a summer sake? The umami is also crisp and clean. This is good!

The one that sprays if you don't open it carefully. If it sprays at 300, you'll run out of something to drink 🤣. Ginfukiyuki, 60% rice polishing ratio, Sake degree +6, Acidity 2.0, 1401 yeast The few reviews on social media said it was dry, so I was prepared to drink it, but it was a dry nigori sake, not sweet, but dry, refreshing and easy to drink! Spicy but not too spicy, with a hint of sweetness.

@Salmon World Summit in Kyoto This is the last one I drank because I thought I would drink something rare. What is 22 years old whiskey? And then I drank it and said, "Oh, this is that one! That, that, that! He gently followed up with, "It's like a mellow Shaoxing wine, isn't it? I've also included a photo of the venue. It was a great success, and I was impressed by the large number of young people in their 20s and 30s. I think it's becoming a trend. Good for them.

I bought it at a liquor store in Zao because it had an amazing presence! It was named after the fact that it broke the rule of fire-brewing. It has a strong alcohol taste like a pure sake, and I felt it was just right on the rocks.

Fukushima Prefecture's second sake. Jinya Fukunoka Junmai Dry Sake from Shirakawa City, where I used to live. Perhaps because it contains carbon dioxide gas, you can hear the gas escaping every time you open the bottle. It is full-bodied, heavy and dry. It is literally dry! I was happy to finally get a sake from Aruga Shuzo!
