Shizuku-tori sake from my humble favorite, Ikumidoi-san. The aroma is gently fruity. It is berry-like with acidity. The mouthfeel is gentle, but the volume expands with both sweetness and dryness. It has a very beautiful structure with a disappearing aftertaste. A good sake for stand-alone drinking. I think it would also work well as a heated sake, perhaps because of the image of Ikumichii 👌.
