I was curious about Kanagawa sake 🍶 purchased at the brewery. Is it for export? Stylish bottle. It has a 90% Omachi rice polishing ratio and 40% koji ratio from Okayama Prefecture. Aroma: Mellow Omachi sweet aroma...sweet mouthfeel! It's not so much a food sake as a wine, but rather a wine that can be drunk in small sips. It's like a dolce in wine. It's more of a drink to enjoy on its own than a midday drink... it's a beginner's drink... women will love it... and since it's unfiltered, it's unfiltered, you can drink it on the rocks with ice... yup!
