The second gift.
I checked and the price is quite reasonable.
Thank you very much.
I have never received this brand before.
Oh!
It has a sweet aroma, not too strong and not too weak.
You can tell just by the aroma.
The sweetness is just as good as the aroma, and it spreads in the mouth and disappears quickly.
It is not sharp.
When the sweetness disappears, the alcohol taste remains.
It is not unpleasant.
It is elegant.
It is also easy to drink.
If you are too drunk, you will drink it like water.
Oh, thank goodness I'm not that drunk (what am I saying?).
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
That's how I wrote my comment, but this sake feels more alcoholic as the temperature rises.
Well, I guess that is the case with most sakes.
I prefer it cold.
Souvenir from a business trip to Hokkaido 🍶.
Calm and tasty aroma.
The overall taste is refreshing after a light first impression. It is dry and has a slightly acidic aftertaste with a hard feeling that spreads as it is.
Sorry for slacking off on posting and not being in season.
I went to the GW.
The annual "Raccoon Nijo Sake Festival".
This year, breweries from all over Japan participated, which doubled the fun. ‼️
The first sake was from the annual "Gara-pon" (lottery).
This is what is called "Hazure".
The rice used was comet.
It is a standard sake of Kitano-Nishiki and is a clear, dry sake.
This product was developed through repeated trial and error based on the theme of using Hokkaido rice to create an unprecedented type of junmai sake. This junmai daiginjo is suitable for long-term aging and can be enjoyed warmed after aging. The aroma and flavor can be enjoyed at all temperatures.
Sake rice is Hokkaido Ginpu, milling ratio 50%, in-house yeast "NISIKI 100 Year Yeast".
Sold exclusively at special dealers. They say it is rare to find it in Tokyo even though it is available in Hokkaido 😆.
I had it well chilled at a corner shop ✨.
It has a clean, crisp taste right from the start!
The aroma has a hint of muscat 😆.
The sweetness is moderate and subtle, and the umami of the rice stands out! The rice flavor spreads as you continue to drink 🤤.
It has a clear and transparent impression, with a light and dry taste that is not too assertive!
It will be a great addition to a variety of dishes ✨.
The scent of the north stands up and then falls away all at once.
It has the feel of rice peculiar to Hokkaido.
It's called Comet.
Sake with a sense of the northern land
As the label suggests, it is a representative brand of "Kitano-Nishiki".
It was featured in the movie "The Railroad Man" starring Ken Takakura, and is the oldest brand of Kobayashi Shuzo, which has lived together with the coal mines of Sorachi. This is a honjozo with an emphasis on flavor.
Houmon Honjozo
