At home. This is the first time I've had sake from Hokkaido. I thought that Hokkaido's sake was more alcoholic, but it was completely different. You can feel the sweetness of the rice, and there is a bitter taste at the end. It is a refreshing type and very easy to drink. A Drink to Remember Series (5) In the early summer of 2015, I planned to take my car on a ferry to Wakkanai, Hokkaido, and when I arrived safely in Wakkanai, I had a drink at a yakitori restaurant for the first time in my life 🍶. The memory reminds me of the faint muscat-like aroma and sharp sharp sharpness 😋. The beauty of the label with the brand name, the wish behind the name "Fuyu Hanabi", and the taste of the local sake when you drink it on a trip...it was one of the reasons I became a sake lover 🎵. I still see it at Sake-no-wa from time to time, so I couldn't help but fish it out from old photos 😆. By the way, the picture was taken when I drank it with my family at the New Year's celebration after I returned from my trip. The other bottle in the picture, "Yukikirara", will be introduced another time ✨😉👍️

Purchased at a souvenir store at New Chitose Airport. I think it was from Maruta's warehouse? I thought it must be delicious, so I bought it. It was delicious! It has a melon flavor with a hint of alcohol. The next day after opening the package, the tanginess became weaker. I am glad I bought it.

Sorry for slacking off on posting and not being in season. I went to the GW. The annual "Raccoon Nijo Sake Festival". This year, breweries from all over Japan participated, which doubled the fun. ‼️ The first sake was from the annual "Gara-pon" (lottery). This is what is called "Hazure". The rice used was comet. It is a standard sake of Kitano-Nishiki and is a clear, dry sake.
