Reijin Shuzo
Reijin Junmai Sake
This brewery is located in Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture.
It is one of the five Suwa breweries.
It has a delicious rice flavor, sweetness, and aroma, and is truly a junmai sake.
It is recommended to be served cold or warmed,
It is recommended to drink it cold or hot, but I prefer it cold.
#Sake
After tasting Junmai, Ginjo, and Junmai-Ginjo, we chose this one.
The aroma is a little banana-like. It is not gorgeous, but it is sweet and delicious, and has a lot of body. It has a sweet taste, but it is a bit classic in Nagano sake.
Anyway, it has a strong taste. It has a strong alcoholic taste.
Good evening, Mr. Sakeran😃.
They sometimes come to Hankyu, don't they?
I tasted it last year and was going to buy it but the guy at the brewery was so reluctant that I didn't buy it 😅I thought he was not a salesman 🤔.
Ah, yes, there are brewers like that!
On the contrary, they actively offer you sake tasting.
I have a very sorry and bitter memory of saying, "Oh, no, ...... not so much your brewery's sake 💧" 😓......?
(Thank you very much.
I am told that the brewery's masterpiece, daiginjo, is the best of its kind, and the hard work that goes into making it is spoken of with great passion, but I can't say in my heart that I want honjozo sake or regular sake.
I wonder if it would be better to just let it go, but I'm extremely timid and can't seem to do it.
Shinjou-san, thank you very much 🙋.
I don't taste unless I'm supposed to buy something 😅If you brought 300ml or something like that, it would be a big help 🤣.
Junmai Ginjo from Reijin, one of the five Suwa breweries. It has a clean and gentle taste. The blue bottle and the blue label are a landmark! Today, I paired it with a cut type ehomaki and an Okinawan pork-tamago onigiri!
It was an unforgettable bottle that awakened my complete lack of interest in sake.
I drank it in the bottle with the heater on (at a temperature of about 25 degrees Celsius?), and it seemed to melt into my body. When you drink it, it seems to melt into your body. It has a unique aroma and a mild sweetness.

Reijin Junmai Ginjo
This is not good! Delicious" and "yummy!"
The aroma is fruity, juicy, and strong. And even within the fruity aroma, you can taste the freshness and the umami of the rice.
I'm quite impressed 😂😂. I'm quite impressed 😂😂.

Junmai Genzake is a limited edition Junmai sake for fall. The bottle is filled with prints of autumn leaves, a full moon, and deer, making the dining table autumn just by placing the bottle on it. It has a thick, distinctive aroma and a robust flavor, and is truly junmai-harazake. Perfect with motsu nabe.
Reijin Daiginjo Harajinjo-genshu, 88 nights in a bottle
The aroma is quite strong (like steamed chestnuts for some reason 🌰).
Unlike the aroma, it's pineappley and gorgeous! The umami is strong though. But the umami flavor is strong, but it disappears early.
The sharpness is good! (You don't feel the alcohol taste unexpectedly).
