The label says "dry extreme", so it is very dry.
But it is surprisingly smooth on the palate with a hint of sweetness.
It has a strong alcohol taste, but it also has a strong umami taste, and I was able to enjoy "the sake" for the first time in a long time 😋😋.

The brewery is located in Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture.
The rice is polished to 59% Nagano rice.
Fruity aroma, soft rice flavor
The fruity aroma, soft rice flavor, and refreshing acidity are well balanced with a crisp finish.
