Suwa Gokura Tour (4)
Reijin" Reijin Shuzo
The entrance and exit are separate, and there is a water tap on the entrance side where you can drink free brewing water. This brewery also makes beer, which can be tasted for a fee.
You are given four coins and can choose from four of the six types of sake on the sake server, or two glasses of sake and one glass of local beer.
Since my pace was quite fast, I drank the two coins of the higher quality sake to limit the amount of sake.
Reijin Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki.
It is mild, clean, and easy to drink. It has a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste.
Nozomi Daiginjo
It is clean, clear, and free of bitterness. It has a very well-rounded flavor, and although it is more light, it is delicious.
Reijin Junmai Ginjo
A little fruity, and the most flavorful of all the wines we drank here.
The Junmai Reijin I drank before gave the impression of being quite mellow and full-flavored, but it has changed my impression of the various types of Reijin they make.
Kamisuwa Gozakura Tour (2) Reijin
I was drunk and accidentally erased the reports I had written down one by one on my phone 💧.
You can choose 4 out of the 7 brands in the picture (A to F and one more Daiginjo), but this time I chose A to D.
A. Junmai Ginjo Yamahai B. Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake
C. Junmai sake D. Junmai daiginjo
Overall, the sake was rich and had a strong grain-like aroma. In particular, A is a superb Yamahai with its unique complexity and dryness that brings it all together nicely!
On the other hand, D Junmai Daiginjo has a quite gorgeous aroma, yet it is dry and light enough to be drunk again and again.
Following yesterday's post, this is one of Suwa's five breweries, Reijin. It has a sweet taste with a sour aftertaste. It was unexpectedly delicious. 583 yen
This summer-only bottle features a design of fireworks in the summer night sky. Junmai Ginjo Nama Storage Sake, with its refreshing taste, was immediately enjoyed on a trip to Suwa.

Suwa Gozo Sake Brewery Tour (2)
Next is Reijin Sake Brewery.
They also make various kinds of beer!
It was very hot that day, so many people tasted the set with beer.
2024 Toji's Jungin Yamahai Harajin Sake
Summer Limited Jungin Namaisouzou Sake
Reijin Junmai Sake - delicious and mellow, my favorite ❣️
Reijin Jungin
We got some water from the front of the brewery, which is probably used for brewing. It was delicious ✨
The fourth picture is a winery in Shiojiri we visited the day before 🍷🍇.
Tasting at Izutsu Wine
Tasting and vineyard tour at Goichi Wine
Tasting and cellar tour at Shinano Wine
Wine is also sweet, so it is cheaper than you might think 🤣.
Hi Pon-chan 😃💕very enjoyable trip 🎵I'm excited just looking at it ❗I'm jealous of all the sake you don't see much in Kansai 😆💕I guess the sake you were testing your skills on was Pon-chan's favorite ✨.
Hi pyonpyon🐦.
The armchair and standard are both solid but delicious 🥰I enjoy talking to the brewer and having a choice of drinks 😆 I like the sake trip 🎶.
I tasted it at the brewery and liked it so much I found a 300 ml bottle at the supermarket and bought it. This quantity is just right.
The aroma was more fruity, but a little strange. But the taste is refreshing, yet has a delicious flavor and sweetness derived from the rice.
Fifth of the Nine Suwa Storehouses Tour
We planned to visit four Suwa shrines in the morning and the remaining four breweries in Kami-Suwa and Kamiwatari in the afternoon.
This is the first time to visit Reito.
This brewery also offers beer tasting.
I only tasted sake, but I bought a bottle of beer with seven spices.
I bought a beer.
I tasted the "Dry Goku" sake, which I liked for its crisp taste.
I was going to buy it later but forgot because it was too heavy to carry around 😂.
Hi Lutertemi 😀
It's a brewery tour al 🤣.
If I buy the sake I like first, I'm afraid of the weight or the sun exposure, so I'm going to buy it last, but it stays that way 🤣.
I would love to go on a brewery tour in Shinshu someday😇
Hi Yasbay 😁.
I'm so tempted to drink it irresistibly when I think I couldn't buy it 😅I enjoy visiting breweries. I'm looking forward to seeing where we can go next 😆.
Good evening, Lutemi 🦉.
I'm enjoying your tour of the warehouse🎶.
Yes, I know! I wonder how everyone buys sake when touring the breweries 💦It's heavy and even with a cold bag, it's hard to carry it around for a long time 🤔It's a bit of a problem 😢.
Good evening, Ponchan😄The parking lot for the four breweries in Kamisuwa is very small, so we parked at Kamisuwa station and walked. This time it was empty, so parking was possible, but it is a hassle to have to move the car from one brewery to another 😢.

Nagano business trip No.6
I bought this Reijin at a local supermarket 😀.
The aroma is subtle and mild😊The taste is slightly sweet on the palate with a strong rice flavor 😚👍This is a delicious sake that can be enjoyed on its own 🥳.
Today, I went to Chino City, my former place of residence. I went for a drive because my car, which I purchased at a car dealership in Chino City, was due for a routine inspection! This time, I held out for Suwa Gozo and stocked up at home. I had a bottle of Reijin Junmai Ginjo along with the Sanzokuyaki that I procured at the supermarket. After all, the Kirigamine subterranean water from the Suwa area is delicious.
A bottle of Reijin was chosen as a souvenir from each of the five breweries in Suwa after a tour of the breweries and tasting.
The mild sweetness is typical of junmai sake. It has a robust flavor.
