It has a dark taste like a matured Tsuchida, with a sourness that is delicious.
It also has a slightly thickened sweetness.

Junmai (Bounty & Crystal) Bought at Kikisakejo Showagura in Kawagoe because it was so good at the sake expo. It is juicy, not spicy (sweet), but not too sweet. It is quite good. I will definitely repeat the experience. Where can I buy it in Tokyo? 4.3
At Showagura, Koedokura-ri KIKISAKE SAKE PLACE
I was curious to see how sweet a sake with a Sake strength of minus 16 would be, so I chose this one.
It was so sweet that I wondered if it was really that sweet. It is very thick.
Like apple juice? It was!
This is indeed too sweet, so I think it's enough for a tasting.
Lately all I've been doing is beer and ciders, and I thought I'd have a sake day, but I fell asleep...
I've always been curious about it, but Toyoake doesn't carry much of it.
This time, I'm going to use the label to get these fireworks.
Fruity and sweet like a ripe banana, but without much acidity.
The taste is rich and sweet like banana, very rich for a summer sake.
The sharpness is moderate and leaves a slight aftertaste, but it is not persistent.
It is an unusual summer sake with a sweet taste that is typical of Toyoake.
If I had to say, I would prefer melon to banana flavors.
They use Saitama G yeast, a yeast that brings out the ginjo aroma.
It has a very fruity taste, and has a sourness and sweetness as if it were brewed with koji.
The balance of acidity and dark fruity taste is very tasty.
This can aim for Japan from Saitama, seriously!
A limited edition sake with a slight effervescence and vigor.
As the snowman's appearance suggests, this sake is cloudy white.
My personal impression is that this kind of sake tends to be sweet, but this one is dry and crisp.
It is refreshing and can be served with both strong and light meals.
This sake brewery in Saitama is getting better and better, so I am sure it will bounce one day!

Sizzling mouthfeel. It is a banana, but the sourness makes it more like passion fruit. Ripe pineapple. It tastes similar to Koueikiku. It tastes more like juice than sake. It is interesting that this is the only sake they make. It is totally different from the Toyoake I had at the sake terrace before.
