Junmai (Bounty & Crystal) Bought at Kikisakejo Showagura in Kawagoe because it was so good at the sake expo. It is juicy, not spicy (sweet), but not too sweet. It is quite good. I will definitely repeat the experience. Where can I buy it in Tokyo? 4.3

Purchased after tasting at Ponshukan. Very good. It is fire-roasted but fresh. Soft and not spicy. It has a sweetness and aroma like mango. The sweetness is elegant and not too sweet. In short, you will never get tired of drinking it. When heated, the softness and gentleness increase and the sweetness is more pronounced. I would like to repeat the experience.
