First time drinking sake @TOYOSU SAKE TERRACE
It has a juicy mouthfeel with a rich sweetness and a strong spiciness with umami. Quite delicious.
It is not yet on the market.
Straightforward rice ginjo aroma, with well-balanced acidity and sweetness on the palate.
Very beautiful and high level. I would recommend it to anyone.
Sake with pleasant acidity made with white malted rice. The banana-flavored sweet aroma, the rice flavor, and the crisp acidity are exquisite and best accentuated.
This is very good. I heard that they will never make it again, but I really hope they do.
Vending machine type tasting machine. I tried it out, and was told that it had a sake degree of -16. I like sweet sake, but it was a little too sweet for me. It has a mellow flavor.
Today we have a new nigorizake
Nigori from a small sake brewery in Saitama
Limited edition of 300 bottles
Alcohol content 15 degrees
There was a lot of swooshing to open the bottle.
After struggling for over 5 minutes, the bottle was opened.
Mix it up well and take a sip.
It's a bit dry and dry, a delicious nigorizake!
Today we had Sukiyaki, and it was the perfect sake for a meal.
We enjoyed it very much.

This sake is from Ishii Shuzo, a brewery in Satte, Saitama.
This is the first time I've had this brand, so I was excited to open the bottle.
The aroma was a harmonious combination of fruity and alcoholic sensations. The taste seems to be characterized by acidity and sweetness. Immediately after opening the bottle, the balance was a bit coarse, but after a few days, the balance of aroma, acidity, sweetness, and sharpness harmonized perfectly, making it a very delicious sake 😋.
However, at the time when I reached the balance I liked best, there was not a single pint left, which made me sad😢.
But I'm glad I was adventurous🎶.

The flashy label is strangely intriguing.

The aroma is of raw oak. It smells like mushrooms.
A mellow and robust taste that has been laid down since spring.
It has a unique flavor that is different from other sakes.
It seems to be a limited sake and only available in the local area.
We had grilled fish, grilled maitake mushroom with butter
and carrot salad.

Harry Sakeboy. Good evening!
It reminds me of a wonderful memory of going to Manjushaka in Chichibu
in Chichibu 😊.
Buttered maitake mushrooms and sake, for sure!
Good evening, Shishigami. The fancy label drew me in 😀 I was torn between the maitake and the tempura, but I wanted to eat it right away, and it was the right choice😊.
Limited edition of 70 bottles
A hidden sake that could only be found when the brewer was sipping it.
The aroma is just like grape of Kyoho. It is fruity, sweet and sour, and the characteristic acidity is a little stronger than the sweetness.
The taste is more than just juicy, it's like drinking the juice itself!
At the end, the taste of the rice and the bitterness of the alcohol are added, and you finally feel that you are drinking sake!
It's dangerous to drink too much!
It's really amazing that it's only limited!
It's super limited, only 70 bottles were shipped, and it's almost impossible to taste... So, I bought it!
First of all... It does have an aroma, but it's not a fruity or sweet aroma. It's not a fruity or sweet scent, but more of a rice scent. It smells like rice.
When I passed by a rice mill in the past, or when I scooped rice from a cup, I smelled... The smell of rice.
It also has a hint of cemedine in it.
Next... It tastes like a traditional sake.
It's not sweet like fruit, nor does it have a distinct sake feel.
It's just a slightly sweet mouthfeel... Hmm... To be honest, it's hard to describe, but w
It's the Goshoso we get at New Year's.
It's like a better version of that... It's like that!
It's like you're drinking a liquid that condenses the original flavor of rice.
It's not the fruity flavor that is so popular these days, nor is it the traditional sake flavor. This is genuine sake made from rice! This is the true sake made from rice! I think you can taste it.
Honestly, until now... It's so good sake that it's a wonder there isn't more sake of this level on the market. I thought.
(This is my personal opinion).
Further cause...
With a little bit salty grilled salmon... It's so good!
It's the same with grilled salmon, but with soy sauce and butter, the sake flavor isn't as strong, so it's probably more suitable for Western food than Japanese food.
