N.E@Drinking at home For a second fermentation in the bottle, it was so smooth that there was no outburst of gas when the bottle was opened that I was a little disappointed. It's supposed to be lightly cloudy, but there's a lot of oli and it looks a bit cloudy. I think it's a little too much gas. I think it's too much 🤔. It tastes fruity at first, but after that, you can enjoy the sake-like taste. I guess it's a characteristic of this brewery's special sake making process. Nigori" is not a type of sake with strong character, but rather easy to drink.

N.EYado drinking @Ashinomaki Onsen Two offerings in the open-air bath of a room This is the second bottle of Nichinichi I've had after Yamadanishiki. As expected, this one is also easy to drink and has a unique Nichinichi flavor that is not too assertive 😋. The sweetness characteristic of Aizan is not so noticeable. The slight carbonation also works well and it goes down smoothly. But don't drink too much in the bath 🤣.

N.EYado drinking @Ashinomaki Onsen A cup of sake in the open-air bath in the room The small bottle was so cute that I bought it by accident. Sake level -35 👀‼️ sweet 🤭. Still, the explanation that the sake is not only strongly sweet but also easy to drink is understandable! The alcohol content is low at 12 degrees, but the rich taste of kijoshu makes it a little heavy as you drink it. Personally, I prefer to drink it on the rocks. I served it with cream cheese with soybean paste that appeared in the Sendai version of Izakaya Shinkansen as a snack 🤣. This really goes well with it. 👍️

(2) Tenmei, as usual, well-balanced, middle level taste among the three, suitable for everyone. (3) Oh, a little sweet and umami, but the aftertaste is clean and refreshing. Today's ranking order was ③→②→①.
