The first HOPE SENKYO is delicious! It has a mellow, umami mouthfeel, and you can taste the deliciousness of the rice. The subtle acidity and slight bitterness in the aftertaste are also excellent...I enjoy it with sashimi in the autumn season.

Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice koji (domestic), brewer's alcohol
Alcohol content: 15%.
Rice used: 100% Ipponshime
This is for November of the hanpukai.
It is a new sake. It is definitely tastier than regular kourai. The cost is 2,420 yen including tax. It is not fruity, but it is refreshing and crisp 😄.

Looks the yellowest.
The aroma is distinctly sour with a hint of plum.
Slightly plum-like
The taste has a mellow sweetness and a refreshing acidity, as is typical of kijo sake.
It is more sour than Fukukomachi and has a nice sweet and sour taste.
Dessert sake is good, but personally, I like this kind of balanced type.
The same goes for Yonotori.

It has been a long time since I have posted as the chairman of the board (^_^;) The first sake of my return is the classic Masumi Okuden Kangatsukuri! It is a representative of the five Suwa breweries and a representative brand of Nagano Prefecture! The middle mouth is very refreshing and does not betray the taste.
