Sake from a brewery in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture The long awaited Shinshu Kamerei! It was my favorite kind of sake, very clear and transparent, but with a touch of sweetness! I will buy some more when I go back to Nagano👍

I drank the sake I collected for my father's kanreki celebration 🍶 1st "Miyazumi". This sake is so fruity! I had heard it was a challenging sake, but this one is really good. It's like the strongest sake that you can drink by itself. I recommend this one, everyone ✨.

It's getting colder, but I wanted to feel summer. I ended Friday with a glass of Abeno summer sake✨. It was dry, smooth, and completely free of any cloying taste. It was the first time in a while that it hit my favorite strike zone. I like it a lot because I can feel the flavor of the rice and it is light at the same time! I'm so glad I found a good sake!

When I mumbled my desire to drink sparkling sake at a sake store, the store owner told me about this sake. This sake has a refreshing and gorgeous flavor. It was a sparkling sake that was sweet and easy to drink among sake! I was surprised to hear that it was a very limited edition. I would like to drink this again sometime!

The moment I put it in my mouth, whether it was tangy or gassy, I felt a mouthfeel that was the pinnacle of sake. The taste was so gorgeous that it made one feel as if this was real sake. It was a sake with a gentle mouthfeel that anyone would find delicious. This is already the goal of sake.

Very fruity. The ultimate in fruity. When you take it to this extreme, the only word that comes to mind is "delicious. It is fire-roasted but has a gaseous, clean, and refreshing taste that is very delicious. Perfect with sashimi.
