Second meeting with Mr. Gura (4) We didn't find it on the menu, but there was a No6 and a flax cat in the fridge, so we decided to order it. When I was taking a picture of the label, Rafa-san entered the room 🤣. Colors are sometimes 🤔, but No6 and Flax Cat are consistently sweet and fruity and delicious 😋. I didn't take a picture but I also drank Sairai's Hi-ire and Tokujiro 😋. Time always flies by so fast in offline meetings........ I wish I could have gone to today's meeting 😭

Second meeting with Mr. Gura (3) I think Yumusan ordered this when he said he'd never had litchi before 🤔. I think I've only had this once... I don't think they sell the specs I want to drink when I want it... It's +7 and dry but refreshing and easy to drink. Is this the standard of Liqueur Izumi? I've said it many times, but I can trust breweries that have a strong Honjozo and Junmai sake lineup.
Japanese>English
T.KISO
Good evening, bouken! Yes, you can really trust a place that brews well even with Honjozo and Normal Junmai 😆👍You say good things 💕︎ I had a bottle of this one the other day and it was deliciously dry 😋.

Good evening T.KISO 😃. It's too bad because there are some breweries in the world where only high quality sake is good 😥KochiraI have to admit that I'm not a big fan of this type of sake, but I could tell that it was a good and tasty sake 😋.

The 2nd meeting with Mr. Gura (2) I've always been curious about Ryoga, but I haven't been able to buy it because they only sell one bottle and it's dry, so this is the first time I'm drinking it. Dry taste It's so light and dry! The acidity is refreshing!

The second meeting with Mr. Gura (1) We moved to Umeda and went to Kusunoki Fusae Omoya. Umaisan Mr. Rafa Mr. Gula Mr. Gyve My five The exact same place where I went with Nemuchi a week ago 🤣. I was curious about this sake on the island liquor store's instagram. I have a feeling it's a perverted sake 😋. It seems to be the first and last sake 😳 It feels different from the normal Tenkakushi but it's delicious 😋 with sweet and sour taste from the complexity. We all shared 1 gou of it and drank it together. I'm not drinking all the offline uploaded sake alone 🤣.

The last one is Hachibei liquor store. Well, I haven't been drinking much. I wonder if it's a standard sake because it's a fire-brewed junmai. It was very tasty with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity! I thought it was a trustworthy brand with such good taste in this class.

Nemuchi said she didn't have a good image of Nishinomoto, but I pushed her 😁. Well, I don't usually drink Nishinomon myself 🙄🙄. It had the same label and yeast as the one I drank at home in the past, but it was upgraded from junmai ginjo to junmai daiginjo. Sweet and sour, juicy and delicious. Like Koshi, I don't like the aroma of sake made with malic acid-producing yeast, but I don't dislike the taste.

Nemuchi-san's signature move, "Do you have any hidden sake? The waiter told us that they had some Kuroryu, Ina and Agave (not sure what kind), and a high grade of Suminoe. I passed on the Koryu because it was too expensive....but I'd like to try it at least once 🤔. Nemuchi seemed to want to drink Inna and Agave, but it was about 1200 yen for 90ml, so we gave up. So I pushed for Otters BLUE which was not hidden 😁. It's expensive (1500 yen for 90ml), but I convinced her that it's better than drinking rice and agave for 1200 yen 😅. The waitress brought me a half glass of 90ml 🙏. I think the list price is 4400 yen for 50 milling ratio? Apparently 23 is 11,000 yen 😳. I heard they bring Yamadanishiki from Japan and brew it, but they plan to use NY rice in the future! I felt it was sweeter than the Japanese Otter. The alcohol content is low, so it has a lighter attack, but I think it has a stronger sake feel. I wonder if other otters have the same strong sake taste. Once again, I realized that otters are quite dry. I think westerners would empty this in an instant 🤔. I think they will drink it like water.

Hi bouken, ☀☀☀☀ I think I had some Kuroryu in my fridge 🤔 I think it was 2500 yen, right? I asked him if the regular price was 5500 yen. I asked him about it and he said he bought it for about 8,800 yen 😱.

Hello Nemuchi ☀☀☀. Ah, I misunderstood 💦 corrected 😅. I'm sure it's even more expensive if it's a shizuku 🙄. I really want to know which liquor store ripped me off 🤣.

The next drink was a Tokujiro for Joyo's distributor? Tokujiro I drank Joyo several times, but this was my first time to drink Tokujiro. I happened to see on a restaurant instagram I follow that Tokujiro was originally a joint product between a Hirakata liquor store and the Joyo Brewery. It's unfiltered, once-bottled, and heated. It's fire-brewed, but it's still slightly effervescent and has a fresh, mellow rice flavor that's really tasty 😋. I'll buy Tokujiro next time I see it.

Leaving the venue of the Tenma Taishukai, I moved to Umeda. The restaurant we wanted to go to was closed or too far away. Nemuchi and Fusae Kusunoki went to Omoya. (This is the restaurant where we went to the after-party of the off-line meeting in March. It was Nemuchi's first visit! The menu shows the standard fire-brewed sake, and the ones on the blackboard seem to be limited-edition or draft sake. The first one he ordered was Sairai! It was Nemuchi's first time to drink it. It's still only available at Inui Sake Shop in Kansai, so it's hard to buy 💦. It's still very much the same as I had before, with a strawberry-like sweetness and acidity that leaves a lasting impression. I just think it's better to drink it at home with a freshly opened bottle 🤔. I drank Chita or Hakushu highball before this 😅It was hot and I wanted to quench my thirst 🥺. Sorry for drinking only sake 💦.

Kansai Sake-new year party (2) I ordered sake at the end of the party😅 I think some of the other guests ordered sake too. After the Taisho no Tsuru, there was a huge gap between the two 😳. It was so refreshing and fruity. I thought it was my first time, but I've had it at home in the past 🙄. Time for the first meeting was approaching so we moved on 🚃.

Kansai Sake-new year party ①. First of all, we had the first meeting at 1pm 😁. We met up with Pon-chan at Hanshin department store just before the party 😊. We went to Kusunoki Fusae Omoya at Osaka Ekimae Daisan Bldg. The party was a big group for a after-party with 12 people 😁. The first party was all-you-can-drink for 3 hours, so everyone was a bit wary and didn't order any sake 🤣. I myself had a beer, then a Kaku highball and avoided sake 😅. I was curious about the Taisho no Tsuru that kan-san was drinking, so I had a little bit of it. The rice is Asahi rice. I got the impression that it has a punchy, gutsy flavor. I think it is the same impression as Nemuchi-san reviewed in the past 🤔. I only ordered the entrée-like menu, but everything was delicious 😋. I borrowed the photo of the restaurant taken by Maru.

Hi Maru, good evening 😃. Thank you for your hard work the other day 😊It was very punchy 😁I think it would take me a long time to finish it if I drank it at home💦The drinks after that were the exact opposite type of drinks and the gap between them was not so big 😆.

Good evening, Yasbay 😃. Thank you for your hard work the other day 😊Participating in the offline meeting from the Fushimi brewery opening! It's great to see so much sake 😆. Everyone was horrified by the all-you-can-drink first meeting and hesitated to drink sake 🤣.
