What a surprise, it's the second time I've used the all-you-can-drink Sake!
The toast was to Masumi, a No. 7 yeast!
This is the sake I wanted to drink. It was sparkling.
When I put it in the cup, it spilled out, so here is a picture of it.
It was about half the amount when it settled in the cup (lol).
The acidity was amazing.
Of course it was a delicious sake~!
