. The bottle was freshly opened, so it had a lot of gas and freshness. Slightly dry mouthfeel, so you can enjoy it refreshingly until the end. Sasanigori is good... 👍️ Delicious!

. The freshness of the new sake comes through well. The acidity and bitterness are well pronounced, but they are not unpleasant, and they accentuate the taste well. It was definitely a bit grapefruity. It was the type of sake that I would like to savor slowly.

. The rich rice flavor is followed by sourness and bitterness, and the finish is clean and crisp. For those who are greedy and prefer a robust yet easy-drinking wine 🤭, this is a must-try. 👍️

. It's a little less sweet than other Jyushidai 🤔. It has a lot of umami, but the freshness of the unpasteurized sake gives it a refreshing taste. 👍️

. From its classical appearance, you would expect it to taste like a classic type, but contrary to expectations, it is a little sweeter, fresher and lighter 👀‼️ This "Risshun Asa Shibori" was an event product with the same label from 43 different breweries this year! (^^; I am very satisfied with the taste and feel purified in mind and body because it is an auspicious sake that has been purified 😌.

. Overall a bit dry type, although there is a light sweetness felt from the initial fruity 🤔. Distinctive aftertaste from petit to bitter at the end. It's 👍️ for those who like to be refreshed!

. The sweetness and spiciness are just right, and the acidity at the end is gently draining away. The taste has few ups and downs, so you can drink it calmly. Very tasty 😋.

. Another difficult kanji. 馥郁? 🤔. I heard it is read as "Fu-in" and means a good fragrance wafting in the air. I'm learning more and more kanji every time I drink sake 🤣. Now for the taste... Well, what does it taste like? I just now figured out the meaning of the kanji, so I drank it without enjoying the aroma which is the most important part 😭. It tastes slightly sweet with a fresh aftertaste that goes well with boiled fish 👌

. I didn't know much about this brand, but when I looked it up, I found out that it's a limited distribution series by Takachiyo Sake Brewery. I couldn't read the "皚" 💦, but I was told it's "Shiro" 🤣. The mouthfeel is smooth and refreshing. It was freshly corked so there was a slight carbonation and it was delicious 😋.

. I thought it would be heavy because of the Yamahai brewing, but it has a mid-position taste that you can drink quickly and easily. It has a strong sake taste, but the mouthfeel is soft and nice 😋.

. I think it's rather light with just the right amount of spiciness 🤔. It was a good match with the first sashimi 👍️

. It's a little dry, just like a daiginjo. Dry does not mean it tastes simple, it tastes full and clear. I miss this taste that I have been away from recently 😂. I'm here(_ _,)/

. In my opinion, the sweetness is not so strong, and the image of nigori sake has changed! This is easy to drink, GOOD!
