The slightly sweet taste from the subtle ginjo aroma is my favorite type.

The bitterness on the first sip was probably due to the fact that the bottle had just been opened and the corners of the bottle were still standing 🤔.

As a Northeasterner, at first I was reluctant to drink sake from the west (smimasen(^^;) for those from the west), but when I tried it, I found many delicious sake and I got hooked 🤣 bonito 👍️ N.E.
