N.EI've always had a bit of a problem with Yamahai brewing.
I've always had a bit of a problem with Yamahai brewing, but this one is delicious with just the right amount of rice flavor and a mild mouthfeel 😋.
This one looks good heated too⁉🤔.
I'm not a big fan of heated sake, but....
I will enjoy it this year. N.E.
Light and light taste due to low alcohol content.
It is not light and dry, but light and sweet (slightly sweet).
It is good to savor it slowly while being healed by the gentle sweetness, or to drink it smoothly from the light mouthfeel, both of which can be enjoyed well. ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, N.E. 😃
This is one of Masayo's representative bottles! The expression "light sweet" is right on the mark 🎯...it will be gone before you know it 😙. N.EGood evening, Jay & Nobby 🌙.
This is the second bottle of Masayo I've encountered 😆.
The last one was dry and this one was really beautifully sweet and pleasantly sinking in 😋.
I guess this is the quintessence of Masayo-san⁉ N.E.
The aroma was not as strong as I expected right after opening the bottle.
The sweetness was subtle and spreading, but it was a gentle taste that disappeared naturally 😋.
I could always feel the presence of acidity, but I had the impression that it would assert itself at the end and then close the bottle. N.E.
Koryu's Four Seasons Series
This year we drank Spring Shibori, Summer Shibori, and this Autumn Agari!
But I didn't drink the first one, the winter one 😱.
I'll have to wait for the next time 🤣.
The taste is the refined basic taste of Kuroryu with a good matured taste.
The best balance of not too sweet and not too spicy taste sinks in ☺. N.E.
It's been a while since I've had an Ottersai!
As usual, it is very clear and pleasant to drink 😄.
And yet, it has a nice aftertaste and lingering aftertaste that is not too sharp even though it is a dry wine! (^^)d N.EOut of focus photo 🤣
Aromatic fruity aroma followed by a slightly mellow sweetness.
This flavor is probably due to the six months of fresh aging⁉
I want to drink it slowly and repeatedly 😋.
Deep flavors go well with autumn.
PS. I was saying that summer sake is easy to drink until the other day... (^^;) N.E.
This is another hiyaoroshi autumn sake 🌾.
The first sip was a moderate impression, but as you drink it, you can taste the deep and broad flavor of hiyaoroshi.
It's perfect for those who say, "I've been waiting for an autumn sake!
It is a little bit dry, so it has a nice sharpness and tightness. ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, N.E. 😃
I thought it was a different sake with the bright lighting 😅We also had it last year 🤗Yes, it's one of those that gets better as you drink it 😚! It's one of those that gets better as you drink it 😚. N.EGood evening, Jay & Nobby!
I hope you are feeling much calmer now that your comments are back 😆.
Is it a placebo that autumn sake seems to have a deeper taste? 🤣 I would like to enjoy the deep taste of autumn sake slowly in the long autumn night. N.E.
Although there is still lingering summer heat, there are more and more opportunities to encounter autumn sake, which makes me think, "It's autumn!
This is also an autumn release of Jyuromanto.
It's originally fruity but now it's ripe and juicy⁉.
But be careful not to drink too much because it is light on the palate🤣.
It is really a light and delicious bottle. nabeHello, I'm Roman and I'd like to introduce myself.
Thank you for your love of the sake Loman from my hometown of Minamiaizu! N.EGood evening, nabe-san❗
I often see you commenting on sake from your hometown and I am impressed by your deep love for your hometown 🥰.
Minamiaizu is a nice place, isn't it?
Thank you for your comment. nabeThanks for the reply.
N.E., you are from Fukushima too! Minamiaizu town has few tourist attractions, but the food is delicious, so I want everyone to know about it somehow, and it makes me very happy when people drink it. N.E.
The sweetness is less than expected, so the mouthfeel is light 😋.
But as you continue to drink, you can taste the umami flavor, which is hiyaoroshi, after all!
This combination seems to suit everyone's palate!
It was delicious! N.E.
Waetsu, a limited edition sake for restaurants.
I couldn't get the characteristics of this one compared to other saké, but it's a stone saké with a clean, clear, and smooth taste.
It tastes good no matter what you drink. N.E.
Sharp, sharp and dry.
But it's not a light spiciness, you can taste the sweet and spiciness together 😋.
It was just the right time to serve kipper sashimi, but I would have liked to have served it with boiled fish 🤔.
It is dry as it should be, and the aftertaste was crisp and clean. N.E.
Fruity aroma, sweetness, and impressive acidity that refreshes as expected.
As I drank more and more, memories of last year came back to me...
I thought that this light and refreshing taste was a low-alcohol summer sake, but it was only 16 degrees Celsius.
It was a drink that made me feel the end of summer. N.E.
The fruity aroma is gorgeous, and in the mouth you can taste the natural sweetness and umami of the rice, which gives the impression of a firm mouthfeel 😋.
Even though it is firm, it has a modern taste, so it is not difficult to drink at all.
It is a perfect match for those who like deep flavors. N.E.
The initial taste was a little sweet, but the sourness and slight bitterness that followed gave me a very different impression of the aftertaste!
The sweetness I felt at first may be due to the fact that the rice is 80% polished rice and the flavor of the rice is preserved 🤔.
But overall, it gave a sense of freshness to the drink. N.E.
Masayo is the name of the person who goes by "Masayo-san" here in Japan 🤭.
We finally got to meet him 😆.
This Narukami was a dry type, with less sweetness and more bitterness & acidity than I expected.
So it's an excellent all-rounder that is refreshing to drink and can be paired with any meal.
We enjoyed it very much. ジェイ&ノビィHi N.E. 😃
Congratulations on your first masayo 🎉 ㊗️
Yes! Kochira's Narukami is a dry type 🤗 Please try various other Masayo family members 👋. N.EHi Jay & Nobby❗
I finally found Masayo named by J&N 😆.
It was not as dry as I had imagined from your high evaluation, but it was so good!
I definitely want to drink the others now 👍️ N.E.
It has a gorgeous aroma and a strong sweet taste, but it was not too strong, probably because of the bitterness and acidity.
Although it is not light, it has a refreshing aftertaste even after drinking summer sake.
Umami and sharpness are in perfect harmony👌 N.E.
As a foreshadowing of the previous day's event, we now have a genuine Mutsu Hachisen summer sake!
Just looking at the light blue bottle, you can feel the refreshing feeling⁉
It's a little low in alcohol and light to drink, not to mention refreshing to the throat 😆.
However, I feel a little more expansive than the silver label because the acidity and bitterness appear in waves 🤔.
Overall, it was the best balance, not too light and not too heavy. N.E.
Continued summer sake? 🤔
No 🤔; it's more like winter 🤣
I was looking around for something normal and found a silver label that I remember fondly and enjoyed 👀.
It's a little sweet and juicy, but has a clear and refreshing side, and the fact that it feels so refreshing after a summer sake is proof that it doesn't have any clutter 😋🐴. N.E.
Summer Sake
This one gives the impression of being more dry.
The alkalinity is about the same as normal, but it is still light and easy to drink, probably because it is a light sake with little sweetness.
It is a perfect match for delicately seasoned meals. N.E.
Summer Sake
Fudo, which has a rather mellow image (in my opinion), has finished another summer sake!
Of course it has a refreshing taste, but because it is unfiltered, it also has a fresh taste!
I had the impression that it was not only light, but also well-balanced, creating a lightness. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
