Spring Sake (5) It's spring here too 🩷! Spring Sake, Orikagarami, I don't know what it's all about anymore 🤣. Spring sake is generally characterized by a light sweetness and a voluminous yet refreshing mouthfeel due to the swelling of ori. It was all 🐴🐴👍️ Spring, we had plenty of it.

Spring Sake (4) Is this spring sake too? 🤔 Well, I'll just say it's seasonal 😅 I have a preconceived notion 👀 that this is another light nigorigo and must be delicious! One sip and it's a sure thing 🐴🐴😋. The fullness of the flavor and the firm acidity balance each other out nicely, and the light lingering aftertaste is good (^^)d

Spring Sake ③. This one has a refreshing impression with a low sweetness. The brand name is "Harukaze" but it doesn't have a cloudy feeling 🤔, it's more like the gentle spring sunlight filtering through the trees under the cherry blossoms. What's that 🤣 It means it's delicious 😅

I remember this one from March too😅. This is one of the spring sake that I like to drink while viewing cherry blossoms, but there was always no 🌸🤣. I had no choice but to drink this one while looking at the label and thinking of the scene 😋🐴. I guess it would be triple the fun to drink it under the blooming cherry blossoms 🌸☝.

. And again from a local brewery. Double points for this one 👍️ lol The reason why I started to switch to Sake was this Tobiroki, but when I drink it now, I think it's surprisingly classic body 🤔. I'm sure it's the Tobiroki that has the clean, crisp and beautiful taste.

Thanks, Muro! I think it's time to show some local love ❤ or else I'll have no place to go back to 🤣. I drank too much sake when I was young and my body couldn't take it anymore 😅, but I was able to get back after drinking Junmai Daiginjo Tobiroki, so thank goodness for that sake: 👍️

From the other day... Here's a dry one to refresh your palate ☝. I thought it was my first brand so I asked for it but when I looked at the log, I saw I had already had Jun Dai once 😅. This is a dry junmai, just the right amount of spiciness to reset my taste buds👌. It goes very well with meals.

. It's been a long time since I've had a hana yang so I had it in a motsukiri 😆. The tropical flavor is quite moderate. Besides the delicious sweetness, the sourness is also present from the first taste, so it's not too wordy and well balanced: 👍️

. It is a light nigori, so there is not much oli to begin with, but I think it was still not mixed well in the glass when it was poured⁉🤣. I think that may have been the reason why it was so refreshing and I drank it right away 😋🐴.
