. It has a gorgeous aroma and a strong sweet taste, but it was not too strong, probably because of the bitterness and acidity. Although it is not light, it has a refreshing aftertaste even after drinking summer sake. Umami and sharpness are in perfect harmony👌

. As a foreshadowing of the previous day's event, we now have a genuine Mutsu Hachisen summer sake! Just looking at the light blue bottle, you can feel the refreshing feeling⁉ It's a little low in alcohol and light to drink, not to mention refreshing to the throat 😆. However, I feel a little more expansive than the silver label because the acidity and bitterness appear in waves 🤔. Overall, it was the best balance, not too light and not too heavy.

. Continued summer sake? 🤔 No 🤔; it's more like winter 🤣 I was looking around for something normal and found a silver label that I remember fondly and enjoyed 👀. It's a little sweet and juicy, but has a clear and refreshing side, and the fact that it feels so refreshing after a summer sake is proof that it doesn't have any clutter 😋🐴.

. Summer Sake This one gives the impression of being more dry. The alkalinity is about the same as normal, but it is still light and easy to drink, probably because it is a light sake with little sweetness. It is a perfect match for delicately seasoned meals.

. The third category is Yamagata Masamune, Summer Junmai. Unlike the first two sake, this one had a moderate sweetness! However, if I had drunk it by itself, it might have been light, but I might have been sensitive to minute differences because I had already had the two summer sakes. Personally, I liked this slightly sweet summer sake.

. Then Kamo Kanehide, Dry Summer Jun. Yes, this is another summer sake with a gubi gubi taste 🤣. I didn't feel any gas when I drank it, but when I opened the bottle, I heard a loud popping sound! It's a hot summer sake genre, similar to "light and dry". (^^)d

. First time drinking in 3 weeks due to various reasons🙌 Tonight is the summer sake series ☀🎆. First up is Nanada's Summer Jun! As expected, the summer sake is refreshing, sweet and tasty. I think I didn't really feel the characteristics or the push 🤔. But it is easy to drink as a summer sake 💯.

. The taste is quite bitter and sour from the first sip. Personally, I didn't feel the sweetness so much, so the fruity taste is not so impressive 🙄. I don't know if there is something wrong with my tongue today, but I didn't taste any sweetness in the first Colaku either⁉. I'm not sure if it's the same for me or if it's the same for you, but I'm sure it's the same for all of us. I can't tell at once, can I?

. I've been drinking more and more summer sake lately and all of them are nice and easy to drink 😁. This one also has a light sweetness, a tart acidity that brings the whole thing together, and a light taste due to the low alcohol content 😋. It's perfect for when your body is tired from the heat.

. This Tsukihaku tastes light and dry with no sweetness. The bitterness on the first sip was probably due to the fact that the bottle had just been opened and the corners of the bottle were still standing 🤔. It was perfect for a meal as the acidity makes it finish quickly.

. The sweet aroma and gentle sweetness on the palate will make you feel at ease. The acidity is also gentle and does not sting, but it finishes with a strong presence. The whole wine is so well put together that you finish it in one gulp before you even have time to soak in the aftertaste, and before you know it, it's all gone 🤣.

. Minami" Tokujun after a little over a year I remember when I started going to "Inoki", a restaurant that has always been a great help to me 😌. I had never had a chance to drink western sake before, so I was impressed to know that there are many kinds of sake all over the country when I started to get it here💓. Then I learned about this saké no wa, and that's when I was sparked to conquer the whole country as well 🤣.

. Tedorigawa, which I had always felt like drinking, might have actually been new to me 🤔. Sip, this is delicious 😋. It has a solid umami flavor, yet it's still refreshing. Good sweetness, good balance, it was indeed a great sake. 👍️
