Minami" Tokujun after a little over a year
I remember when I started going to "Inoki", a restaurant that has always been a great help to me 😌.
I had never had a chance to drink western sake before, so I was impressed to know that there are many kinds of sake all over the country when I started to get it here💓.
Then I learned about this saké no wa, and that's when I was sparked to conquer the whole country as well 🤣.

I often drink Minami's Tokujun because many of the izakayas I frequent have it, and it's really good 😆 I especially like this draft 😊I'm happy when I pair it with bonito ❤️

As a Northeasterner, at first I was reluctant to drink sake from the west (smimasen(^^;) for those from the west), but when I tried it, I found many delicious sake and I got hooked 🤣 bonito 👍️
