Here's a sake I got at the Autumn Japanese Sake festival 😀.
For some reason, all the breweries had a lot of sparkling sake on display at last year's Autumn Japanese Sake 😀.
As a lover of sparkling sake, I took a break from volunteering on the first day and on the second day, when I attended as a guest, I mainly drank sparkling sake and brought home this Ageha 😇.
The swallowtail butterfly printed on the bottle is impressive 🦋.
I really liked the beautiful schwarziness of the secondary fermentation in the bottle and the low aroma and sweetness of the junmai sake 😇.
I enjoyed it slowly at home today, but it brought back memories of the delicious sake I had at the event 😀.
