I got a bottle of Shuwachi, which I missed last year.
I was relieved that it didn't come gushing out when I opened the bottle.
The aroma was thin and cloudy,
When you drink it, it is just like the name says: shuwashuwa.
On the first day, it was dry and sharp with a moderate sweetness.
It is delicious. It goes down smoothly and refreshingly like a summer sake.
The sweetness increases on the second and third days,
The second and third days, the sweetness increases, and a grapefruit-like flavor comes out.
It was a delicious sake with a variety of flavors, as expected.
