Sweet flavor spreads in the mouth. Slightly effervescent.
Fruity flavor bursts in the mouth. The sweetness and umami are both strong. The astringent taste comes at the end and disappears quickly. I think I like it the best among all the Genmai I've had so far. etorannzyuGood evening 😃
This and Jungin Miyamanishiki are the two top Genmai in my opinion 😋.

It has a rice flavor and a greef-like nuance. It has a strong gas content for a wine that claims to be lightly nigorigo.

I was able to buy it for the first time this time because the number of bottles of Natsujun is said to be small. Sake from the following brands are available: Drunken Emon, Yamazyu, Nanamizu, Kyokko, Hatsuzakura, Nihon Soul, Yamori, Kinjaku, Genmai, Chukitsune, Ina to Agave, Tsuchida, Yui Yui, Abe, Imi, and a certain person's recommendation. I heard that Kyokkyo uses No.6 yeast, so it seems to be a distant relative of Shinsei somehow 🤔. boukenIt's a little gassy and petite. More of a rice-flavor explosion type. The aroma right after opening the bottle was like soy sauce. When I put it in my mouth, it tastes like raisins and has acidity. It's a taste I've never had before.
