I hope this has helped with the delay in posting the house drink. I've had outings but this is the first time I've had an in house drink and had a shotgun. I had given up on the idea that I wouldn't be able to buy it anyway, but Yoohee-san, who went to buy it first, said he might be able to make it in time if I went there from noon. So I went to buy it just in case I didn't make it 😊. Thank you Yoohee-san 🙏. It's muddy like an oriole. It's thick and sweet at the beginning, but bitter and pungent in the latter half. I think the past Imi I drank was sweeter than this one. After shaking it and mixing the lees, it has a pineapple-like flavor like Takachiyo, and a woody aroma from the lees. Hmmm, maybe I expected too much or something 🤔. I think I like the Ginsen better. Maybe I don't like the woody nuance. The bitterness seems to be increasing day by day.

It has been a long time since I've had this. It has a smooth mouthfeel and the second half comes with a thick sweet flavor. The sweetness is not as much as other Tataki, but it is juicy in the second half. But it is juicy in the second half. The impression changes drastically from the beginning to the second half. It is sweeter and tastier when not overly chilled.

I saw it at Hata Sake Shop during my liquor store tour at the end of January, and after some hesitation, I bought it at Boshimaya and passed on it. I went to a liquor store to get a bottle of Genmai no Omachi, but they didn't have it, so I decided to go with Nozomu. The name of the liquor store has been changed, but I can't find it, so I've registered the old store name. It was fresh and vibrant. A little bit of melon? Just a little bit, you know? After a hint of sweetness, the bitterness comes without a pause and fades out slowly. The sweetness is moderate compared to other wines I've had.

Since it was Sake Day, I opened this one. Sweet flavor spreads in the mouth. Slightly effervescent. Fruity flavor bursts in the mouth. The sweetness and umami are both strong. The astringent taste comes at the end and disappears quickly. I think I like it the best among all the Genmai I've had so far.

It has a grape-like sweetness like grape juice and a strong umami. The sweetness is refreshing, but the umami comes on strong. I'd like to try their cherry yeast, but I've never seen it before.

The impression has not changed much from the hibayaki, but the freshness has increased. Compared to Yamahai Nama, the gassiness is moderate. It is a little dry and refreshing, sweet and tasty. If you have a choice between Hi-ire and Yamahai, you can choose the one you like best. I felt pineapple when this was hi-ire, but not so much when it was raw.

I got Kinjaku Yamahai Nama Sake, which I didn't expect. I also bought a Junmai Ginjyo nama-shu at the same time. I thought the raw sake other than Shiboritate was limited to Tochigi liquor stores? 🤔 I wanted to get some Yamanabisu and Kawanakajima Sparkling, but I gave them up in tears and bought this one. If they had rice and agave, I would have been very confused😅. The fire-roasted wine was gassy and fresh, but I got the same impression from the fresh one. I think it tastes even better with more sweetness and acidity.

Schwarzenegger and slightly sweet. It has a rice flavor and a greef-like nuance. It has a strong gas content for a wine that claims to be lightly nigorigo. As I wrote "greeful", it is sweet and bitter. I was able to buy it for the first time this time because the number of bottles of Natsujun is said to be small. Machida is getting sold out faster and faster, isn't it?

Right after the fire, the nearest distributor's in-store stock was sold out and I had given up on buying it, but then I heard that a copy label sake was in stock, so I bought it. It is a restoration support sake with 500 yen of the price going to charity. Miraculously, the sake remained in the refrigerator of the container. The label is simplified so there is no detailed description, but it is assumed to be the same as the regular Mashigura Nama Sake. It has a fresh gasiness and a rich pineapple-like sweet flavor. It is sad that it will not be available for the time being when Takeyu's stock runs out.

I was going to buy Gyokkyo and Genbai, but when I turned around, there was the Isobeki recommended by takeshon in the fridge behind me! I really wanted to buy the flower yeast sake, but they didn't have it, so I chose this one. I was torn between them, but decided against the Genmai. When I brought it to the cashier along with the Kyokko, the owner of the store? That's a good choice! He said happily that they are both sake with a strong flavor. I asked him if he had any flower yeast, and he said he was afraid of cherry blossom yeast, so he didn't take it. Does that mean the finished product is unstable? Basically, it sounded like they only take their standard products. If I want to drink hana-yeast, I'll have to either buy it or wait for the department store to come.... They used to come to Kansai, but I don't think they have been coming to Kansai for a long time 🤔. Fresh and a little gassy. Slight sweetness and dry atmosphere. It was delicious and I would like to try more of the Isun Heki variety 😊.

The acidity and umami are impressive. It is not as sweet as I expected, but I think the slight degree of sweetness is just right. As I wrote, a gentle Japanese sweetness comes later. I went there with the intention of buying Genmai and Asahi Koh, but I gave up on Genmai when I found a certain sake in the store 🤣. I bought them at SAKE FROMAGERIE KOUSOUSAN near Takatori station. A cheese, sake and wine store. They have some famous brands, but many of them are hard to find in Kansai. Sake from the following brands are available: Drunken Emon, Yamazyu, Nanamizu, Kyokko, Hatsuzakura, Nihon Soul, Yamori, Kinjaku, Genmai, Chukitsune, Ina to Agave, Tsuchida, Yui Yui, Abe, Imi, and a certain person's recommendation. I've never seen Imi though 😅.

Yamada-Nishiki and Kinmon-Nishiki were available, and I chose this one. The condition was to buy another bottle of other sake. Before, it was one bottle per person, but there was no condition... This was my first time drinking Kinmon-nishiki sake. Fruity and citrusy. It also has a bitter taste like grapefruit. I wonder if the taste has changed since it was made a while ago. It still tastes good, though.

I've been curious about it for a while, but I didn't have the courage to buy a 4-pack, so I found 300ml and bought it. The aroma right after opening the bottle was like soy sauce. When I put it in my mouth, it tastes like raisins and has acidity. It's a taste I've never had before. It should be kept at room temperature and not evaluated at first sight. After a week from the opening of the bottle, the depth of the flavor seems to have increased. The acidity has become more moderate.

The label and naming are very similar to a certain manga. It's a cap with a hole in it, but it blew pretty well. It's an explosion. As the name implies, the banana flavor is 🍌 sweet and bitter, and it's refreshing even though it's bitter.

I bought it at another liquor store because it seemed to be sold out immediately at a liquor store I go to on a regular basis, and they said it was an equal blend of nine different types of rice made into the sake. It has a honey-like sweetness. Maybe it's because it's blended, but it's a complex taste. More mature and subdued taste than I expected.

I've had Gensokyo in the past, but I don't remember the taste, so it's almost a first for me. It's gorgeous and fragrant. It's more than fruity, but not too sweet. The final impression is crisp and bitter and sharp. I think it's inexpensive and good value for the price for cutting down a lot of rice.
