Since it was Sake Day, I opened this one.
Sweet flavor spreads in the mouth. Slightly effervescent.
Fruity flavor bursts in the mouth. The sweetness and umami are both strong. The astringent taste comes at the end and disappears quickly. I think I like it the best among all the Genmai I've had so far.

This and Jungin Miyamanishiki are the two top Genmai in my opinion 😋.
Not only sweetness but also good balance of umami and bitterness.

Manachie-san I thought Kore and Miyamanishiki were definitely tastier than the more expensive HE. I have a stupid tongue, so I can't rely on it 🤣.

I haven't had Omachi and Aizan, but my personal impression is that the standard Miyamanishiki and Yamadanishiki are the best 🤔.
