The schwartziness is stronger than the fire-roasted. The pineapple feeling is a little thin and bitter, but flows smoothly. It may be a matter of feeling, but the aroma and sweetness may have been stronger in the hi-ire version. The roughness of the raw sake can also be felt. While I was saving the hi-ire sake, I received a call from Mr. Bouken, who told me that he had just received a bottle of nama-zake. Rafa papa went there and reported that he got the last bottle, so I visited there later without any expectation and found that there were still 3 bottles left. I was told beforehand that there would not be much difference between the hi-ire and the nama-shu, but I was right, there was not much difference, and I was reminded of the high potential of Kinjaku 👀. 720 mL ¥ 2,090

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee😃. Kinjaku has a gassy and fresh taste even if it's fire-roasted, so you don't have to buy it raw 😅. I think you don't have to buy fresh because it has a gassy and fresh taste even if it's fire-roasted 😅

Good evening, Mr. Pon. ⭐︎ bouken is right, both the raw and fire-brewed sake is delicious, so when I find it, I buy it immediately ✨. By all means, let's have a zero-hour party at the cheese shop cum liquor store: ❗️

Nemuchi, good morning ☀☀☀. I feel like I happened to get some fresh sake when I was sleeping lol. It's hard to catch it in Osaka 💦. Even in Kobe, there are many famous liquor stores in the west, so it costs a fair amount of money to travel 💧.
