I hope this has helped with the delay in posting the house drink. I've had outings but this is the first time I've had an in house drink and had a shotgun. I had given up on the idea that I wouldn't be able to buy it anyway, but Yoohee-san, who went to buy it first, said he might be able to make it in time if I went there from noon. So I went to buy it just in case I didn't make it 😊. Thank you Yoohee-san 🙏. It's muddy like an oriole. It's thick and sweet at the beginning, but bitter and pungent in the latter half. I think the past Imi I drank was sweeter than this one. After shaking it and mixing the lees, it has a pineapple-like flavor like Takachiyo, and a woody aroma from the lees. Hmmm, maybe I expected too much or something 🤔. I think I like the Ginsen better. Maybe I don't like the woody nuance. The bitterness seems to be increasing day by day.
