boukenThe label and naming are very similar to a certain manga. It's a cap with a hole in it, but it blew pretty well. It's an explosion. As the name implies, the banana flavor is 🍌 sweet and bitter, and it's refreshing even though it's bitter. boukenI bought it at another liquor store because it seemed to be sold out immediately at a liquor store I go to on a regular basis, and they said it was an equal blend of nine different types of rice made into the sake. It has a honey-like sweetness. Maybe it's because it's blended, but it's a complex taste. It's gorgeous and fragrant. It's more than fruity, but not too sweet. The final impression is crisp and bitter and sharp. I think it's inexpensive and good value for the price for cutting down a lot of rice. boukenIt doesn't have much of a gassy feel like other reviews, and I wonder if it varies from tank to tank.
