Yoohee's third drink was my and Nemuchi's last choice!
I was impressed by its subtle sweetness and full-bodied sake-like acidity.
It's Aizan but it's not like Aizan, I think Junsei and GALAXY I've had in the past were the type that didn't insist on sweetness 🤔.
I'm glad I kept it first because the Abe Pink was selling like hotcakes 💦.
They were selling a sake made by a venture company in Hyogo on consignment from Shirakiku in Ibaraki, but I couldn't afford it since it was about 4000 yen 😅.
I picked out some cheese and it was 5 minutes before closing, so I hurriedly drank the rest of the sake and left 💦.
Nemuchi and I parted on the way and Yoohee and I visited two liquor stores. ゆーへーbouken Good morning ☀︎
I had not been through Tomikunishiki because I see it so often, but this Aizan was delicious 💡.

I've been drinking this series since I drank VEGA in the past.
I thought it was very rich and sweet, so I looked at the ingredients on the label and found it was a kijoshu.
It's very rich, aromatic and sweet!
It was fruity and apple-like.

Since the corner drinking at this restaurant is self-serve, we discovered an unopened bottle of Moridori when searching the refrigerator!
I entrusted it to Mr. Nemuchi, a professional corker 😁.
I drank a lot of dry sake at an off-line meeting the other day and I'm in the mode that I can drink some dry sake, right? I'm in a mode that some things are dry, so I drank it.
It's definitely dry, but it's delicious with a nice sweetness and gasiness 😁.

I visited for the Abe Pink 😋.
We arrived a little late and two people were already sitting in the chairs 😁.
I was told that they have both GOLD and WHITE shots, so I decided to drink WHITE since I already got the GOLD.
I had a drink 4 years ago, but I have almost no memory of it, so it was like drinking it for the first time.
It is easy to drink because it is made with white malted rice, and the acidity is impressive, but mild. (Sometimes white malted rice is hard to drink, isn't it?
It tastes good with a fair amount of sweetness.
It's like all the fuzziness I felt when I drank the anniversary sake has gone away. ヤスベェHi bouken 😃

Sake made from Moeibuki, a new sake rice from Hiroshima.
It seems to be made from Shin Gin Seibai. It has a nice, crisp taste with a trace of sweetness. The acidity and sharpness are impressive. After the sweetness, the bitterness comes quite a bit.

According to what I heard, the brewery wasn't planning to release it in this flavor, but they released it as an extra because they said it was quite tasty in its own right ✨.
I wonder if they will sell it again as it can be savored slowly on its own.

The aroma derived from No.6 yeast is vaguely discernible, but it is quite dry.
The bitterness is noticeable in cold sake, so room temperature or hot sake would be better 💡.
It was sold well at a mysterious cheese shop, so I bought it too 👛 because of the No. 6 yeast.
I didn't like it much because the flavor didn't spread very well 💧.

The third one is a very informative Issouki.
This bottle was made with Yume-Ginko, which was developed by Aichi Prefecture.
The nutty aroma flows smoothly with a hint of rice flavor.

Next in the series by field in Abeno, Noda (野田).
This one has an impressive jacket with a beautiful blue sky and expansive rice fields.
The taste is similar to the normal Abee, but it pulls away with a bit of bitterness.

Looking in the refrigerated case, I found a normal Abe and decided to drink it 👀.
I was reporting on the August offline meeting around this time, so I drank it, thinking fondly of what Lutemi-san had brought me 💡.
Slightly melon-like taste, clean aftertaste 🍈.

If you drink Nada's Nama Ippon, which is released in early autumn every year, you will feel the seriousness of a major brewery and your image may change 💡.
This time, I decided to try an 8-year-old aged sake, which is clearly labeled "Junmai-shu" by Kenrishi.
It has a prune-like sweetness that flows with a touch of bitterness.
It tastes like a light Shaoxing sake, not too strong.

I decided to drink it because I thought the label popped so cute.
I take the sake for hot sake, but have it cold.
The sweetness of pear like Wasanbon (a type of Japanese citrus fruit) comes through quickly, and flows through with a slight bitterness.
The bitterness was less than expected and the flavor was mellow.
The typical Yamanohisu flavor is still present in cold sake, but I imagine it would be even more fragrant if it were heated up. ポンちゃんGood evening, Mr. Yoohee 🦉.

Isao Heki doesn't put it in this store, but apparently the proprietress buys it elsewhere and serves the good stuff.
I guess it's like Asano-san's guest sake.
It has a sweetness like Japanese sweets, and a bitterness that is subtle.
It was not mature for a hiyaoroshi sake, but rather light and refreshing.
The label is a little too loud, emphasizing "Junmai Ginjo" more than the brand name.

We continue with Yasuda Torigoe, a field-specific series from Abe, a classic cheese shop with a mysterious cheese shop.
This line is a bit pricey, so I've never tried it before, but since it's only ¥400 at the corner store, I decided to give it a try ✨.
Similar to Haneya, it has a pineapple aroma and pulls away nicely.

It has a slight pineapple aroma and goes down easy 🍍.
Being a Junmai Daiginjo, it was quite beautiful on the palate✨. 

ゆーへーIt is quite schwarzy and flows smoothly with the flavor of rice. No bitterness at all.
The crown is a crown, so I couldn't adjust the air volume, and when I opened it, it spilled over and 1/3 of it was gone 💧.
This bottle was designed by the brewer.
Abbe always comes up with interesting projects and I end up buying ✨.

The cat series is my favorite every time, so I chose Haginotsuru to see what else I could find.
This time, it seems to be a cross between Haginotsuru, a fast brewer, and Hiwada, a sake brewed with a fresh yeast.
The sweetness was soft and cotton candy-like, but it went down smoothly.
There was not much bitterness.
The bitterness was not so strong.
I have never had Hiwada before, so I would like to try it by itself to learn more about its characteristics.

The second drink was a first for me.
It's one of the standard drinks at the mystery cheese shop, but I've never gotten around to it before, so I decided to have it by the horns 🍶.
The sweetness comes on quickly with a hint of thickening, and then recedes with a touch of minerality.
I had it freshly opened and it had a good balance of sweetness and bitterness, and it's one that I'd like to continue to pursue ✨.
