I saw it at Hata Sake Shop during my liquor store tour at the end of January, and after some hesitation, I bought it at Boshimaya and passed on it.
I went to a liquor store to get a bottle of Genmai no Omachi, but they didn't have it, so I decided to go with Nozomu. The name of the liquor store has been changed, but I can't find it, so I've registered the old store name.
It was fresh and vibrant. A little bit of melon? Just a little bit, you know?
After a hint of sweetness, the bitterness comes without a pause and fades out slowly. The sweetness is moderate compared to other wines I've had.
