I can feel a little alcohol but you get used to it when you drink it.

パーム農家
Junmai Ginjo Yamadaho from Aizu Musume. Subdued aroma like white grapes. The sweetness and acidity are also fruity, like grapes, and the aftertaste is long and enjoyable. I had the impression that Aizu Musume was rather robust, so this fruitiness was a bit unexpected.

This is Sengoku's original summer sake. The best tanks were selected from the Kabutomushi brewing process, and only the all light portion was pumped directly from the tank.

The aroma is of muscat and melon.
As the temperature rises, the bitterness becomes more pronounced.
Ajinomatidaya ver has an alcohol content of 15 degrees, compared to 11.5 degrees for the regular product. It is not light nigori. I wonder what other differences there are...
