As the temperature range rises, umami and a slightly stronger bitterness finally appear, but there is almost no sweetness. There is almost no ginjo aroma.
It is a summer sake, so it is light and pleasant to drink.
3.25 パーム農家Aji-no-Nomachidaya's "Summer Sake" is a limited edition of Ki no Aji-nomachidaya. This sake is sold in the lingering summer heat, and is a bridge between summer and autumn. Machidaya really thinks carefully about how to sell their sake.
It has a slight pineapple aroma. Despite the sweet aroma, the taste is quite refreshing. The aftertaste is also refreshing. However, it has a strong body. It is the perfect sake for the lingering summer heat of September.
Seasonal sakes have been coming out earlier and earlier, but I want to drink them at exactly the right time of the year. But that doesn't mean I can go to Machidaya anytime I want...

I can feel a little alcohol but you get used to it when you drink it.

#Summer Sake パーム農家Junmai Ginjo Yamadaho from Aizu Musume. Subdued aroma like white grapes. The sweetness and acidity are also fruity, like grapes, and the aftertaste is long and enjoyable. This is Sengoku's original summer sake. The best tanks were selected from the Kabutomushi brewing process, and only the all light portion was pumped directly from the tank. Tenmei"さらさら純米" lovely summer 打上花火fireworks 味ノマチダヤVer. KThe sweetness and umami come in and go out smoothly.
The aroma is of muscat and melon.
As the temperature rises, the bitterness becomes more pronounced.
Ajinomatidaya ver has an alcohol content of 15 degrees, compared to 11.5 degrees for the regular product. It is not light nigori. I wonder what other differences there are...
