The fruity aroma of "Zanso Hourai" rises gently. This refreshing sourness spreads. It is sweet and sour like an apple. The balance of the sweet and sour taste with the fizziness is exquisite. Sentori snowball. Moderate aroma. It is a gentle active nigori with a hint of sweetness. The bubbles are fine and delicious. Many nigori bottles give a strong impression, but Snowball has an elegant image. sularisSchwashy and deliciously fresh sularisGassy and sweet bitter taste My favorite new sake from Kimasa. It's junmai, but it has a great aroma. Muscat type? It has a cucumber-like acidity and sweetness like Kuroryu. And it has a rough strength that is typical of new sake. Is this a Kimasa? It is surprisingly gorgeous. It is not like Kimimasa in a good sense. I met a new side of Kimasa. Light snow today. It's getting colder, which is good for drinking Fukamari. The condition of the drinker is also important. sularisSlightly tasty, with a refreshing acidity like white wine. Tenmei's heated sake, Flame. BY30 is an aged version of... well, how many years is it aged for? Oh, I should think BY2018. That would make it five years...
The aroma is slightly grapey. It has a sweetness and acidity like a grape. I wonder if it is the result of the ripening process. I remember I drank a regular flame a few years ago, but it didn't impress me so much... sularisSlightly tasty and acidic without being cloying RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
